The General Scope Of Works. The Scope Of Works Includes: - Construction Of Two Retention Tanks With A Capacity Of 100 M3 Each. - Construction Of A Tight Evaporation Tank For Emergency Emptying Of Retention Tanks. - Installation Of A Tight Hypochlorite Tank - A Tight Concrete Ring Tank With A Capacity Of 1 M3.– Enclosure Of Two Wells Along With Leveling The Area Around The Well.– Reconstruction Of The Station Building, Including: Replacement Of The Floor In The Technological Room With An Industrial Floor On One Level - Without Platforms For Devices, Construction Of Partition Walls Separating The Rooms, Bricking Up The Opening In The External Wall In Room No. 03, Making An Opening For The External Door In The Chlorinator Room, Making A 2C Steel Lintel And Bricking Up The Remaining Opening Above The Door, Making Finishing Elements - Painting The Entire Building (Inside), Tiling The Walls Up To 2.0 M High In The Technological Room, Chlorinator And Toilet, Backfilling The Cable Duct And Laying The Floor On It As In The Rest Of The Building, Assembly Of New Technology In The Building. - Disassembly Of The Existing Electrical Installation And Assembly Of The Designed Wiring. Execution Of Pipelines From Existing Wells. Execution Of Pipelines From New Retention Reservoirs To The Suw. Existing Development Status Technological Building.– The Area Being The Subject Of The Investment Is The Area Developed With The Technological Building In Question, A Garbage Canopy (Barbed Wire), Two Active Wells And The Accompanying Technical Infrastructure Ensuring The Proper Functioning Of The Facility In Accordance With Its Intended Use. The Area Is Fenced, Equipped With A Gate And A Wicket. The Area Covered By The Application Is 2,300.0 M2. The Plot Has The Shape Of A Quadrangle. The Area Of The Investment In Question Is Located On Land Marked As Rvi, I.E. Agricultural Land Of The 6Th Valuation Class. The Investment Area Is A Flat Area, Not Differentiated In Height And Developed For The Needs Of The Water Intake. The Biologically Active Area Of The Plot Is Mainly Unpaved Area, Covered With Low Greenery In The Form Of Grasses. Hardening Of The Area Is A Concrete Band From The Side Of The Entrances To The Building. - Within The Boundaries Of The Investment Area, A Tree Stand Colliding With The Planned Investment Has Been Identified. These Are Two Trees Requiring Felling - According To Separate Procedures. Access To The Plot Directly From The Municipal Road On Plot No. 159. In The Vicinity Of The Study Area There Are Plots With Dispersed Development With Residential Buildings And Outbuildings. From The East, The Plot Is Bordered By Plot No. 159, Which Is The Access Road To The Investment Site. The Plot Covered By The Application Is Armed. Construction Equipment Related To The Facilities: - Existing 2 Supply Wells To Which New Casings Will Be Installed, 100 M3 Each, - Designed Tight Evaporation Tank For Emergency Emptying Of Retention Tanks, - Designed Tight Hypochlorite Retention Tank Made Of Concrete Rings With A Capacity Of 1 M3, - Designed Inter-Facility Pipelines, - Designed Cable And Power Connection Route. - It Is Planned To Install The Following Devices - Submersible Pumps In Wells With A Capacity Of 28.8 M3/H Each Remain Unchanged, The Designed Casing Will Be Installed On Them, - Hydrophore Set, - Water Meter, Stop Fittings, - Control Cabinet, - Sodium Hypochlorite Dispenser, - Hypochlorite Tank, – Execution Of A Technological Switchboard, – Execution Of Power Supply For Pumps And A Hydrophore Set, – Execution Of Installations For Technological Devices, Execution Of Pipelines From The Existing Wells No. 1 And 2 To The Technological Building And Between The Technological Building And Retention Reservoirs – Made Of Polyethylene Pipes Φ160 Pe100pn0 – Execution Of Suction Pipelines From Tanks Retention To The Technological Building - Made Of Pipes Φ160 Pe100pn0, - Connection To The Municipal Water Supply Network - Made Of Pipes With A Diameter Of Φ200 Pe100pn10, - Construction Of A Fire Hydrant. At The Water Supply Connection. Method Of Sewage Disposal Or Treatment: - Water From Retention Tanks In The Event Of A Failure Will Be Discharged To The Designed Emergency Evaporation Tank. The Tank Is Tight And Used Only In Case Of Failure. Sanitary Sewage Will Be Discharged To The Existing Septic Tank. In The Event Of A Sodium Hypochlorite Leak, It Will Be Discharged To A Sealed Retention Tank For Hypochlorite, And Then Collected By A Specialized Recipient Of Sodium Hypochlorite. Communication System:– Communication System According To Land Development Designs Attached In The Graphic Part. Access To The Plot Is Provided Through The Existing Exit - No Changes. The Designed Pavements And Access Roads Are Made Of Cobblestones. They Provide Access To The Infrastructure Elements Related To The Technology Related To The Operation Of The Water Intake. Sidewalks Lead From The Gate To The Technological Building, To The Existing Deep Wells. The Entire Communication Is Designed With 8 Cm Paving Stones On A Dry Concrete Foundation, With Curbs And Concrete Edges On The Perimeter. - Access To The Public Road: - Communication Service From The Municipal Road - Existing Exit - No Changes. Technical Parameters Of The Network And Utilities: - Deep-Well Pumps With A Power Of 13Kw Each Will Be Installed In The Wells. The Capacity Of Each Well Is 59 M3/H. The Capacity Of The Intake Is 100 M3/H. - The Water Pipes Are Made Of Pe100pn10 Polyethylene Pipes. The Inspection Chambers Are Made Of Concrete Rings, The Joints Between The Rings Should Be Sealed With Rubber Seals. Service In The Field Of Technical Utilities: - Water Supply - From Own Water Intake (Deep Well), - Domestic Sewage Disposal - To The Existing Septic Tank Through The Existing Sanitary Sewage Connection, - Electricity Supply - From The Existing Power Grid On The Terms Of The Network Administrator, Existing Utilities Will Be Removed, New Routes Of The Internal Power Line Are Designed In Accordance With The Land Development Drawing And Technical Design, - Heat Supply - Electric Heating, - Rainwater Drainage - To The Investments Own Area, Without The Possibility Of Flooding The Adjacent Plots, - Domestic And Household Waste Will Be Collected In Containers With The Provision Of Transport To An Organized Landfill In Accordance With The Act Of December 14, 2012 On Waste /Journal Of Laws Of 2013, Item 21 From Late Changes/.– Technological Waste – Collected In A Sealed Tank And Transported By Authorized Recipients On The Basis Of An Agreement With The Commune. Layout And Greenery Layout:– Layout Will Not Undergo Significant Changes, Due To The Fact That The Designed Facilities Complement The Existing Function Of The Building. Therefore, The Designed Hardening Has Been Designed So As Not To Flood The Neighboring Plots And To Link To The Existing Building. - The Embankments Around The Well Will Be Leveled To The Ground Level And Equipped With New Insulated Manhole Covers. – Existing Green Area – No Changes. After Completing The Work, It Should Be Restored To Its Original Condition And Sown With Grass.
