Tenders Are Invited For Delivery Of Automatic Weather Stations With Additional Equipment For Continuous, Year-Round Data Transmission To The Internet From The Specified Locations For The Period Until The End Of April 2024

Part A: 1) The Subject Of The Contract Is The Delivery To A Specific Location In Svalbard (Norway) Of An Automatic Weather Station With Additional Equipment, Hereinafter Referred To As Equipment Or Equipment, For Continuous, Year-Round Data Transmission To The Internet From The Specified Location For A Period Of End Of April 2024. 2) The Offered Apparatus Must Be Brand New And Come From Current Production (I.E. Production Year 2022 Or 2023) And Have Appropriate Certificates And Approvals For Compliance With Applicable Technical Regulations And State Standards. 3) The Subject Of The Contract Is To Include: A) Purchase, Modernization And Delivery Of An Automatic Weather Station (1 Item), Meeting The Requirements Set Out In Annex 2 To The Swz; B) Carrying Out Export Customs Clearance, Packing And Describing The Equipment Supplied In Accordance With The Requirements For Transport On An Expedition Ship Or By Air Transport (Securing The Equipment During Transport And Reloading) , Providing Documents Necessary To Prepare A Container Loading Specification Or A Cargo Manifest, If Required On A Ship. C) Delivery Of Equipment To The Location In Svalbard And Assembly Of Equipment Referred To In Point A); D) Granting A Quality Guarantee For The Delivered Object Of Sale. Up To 3 Months From The Date Of Conclusion Of The Agreement, But Not Later Than By September 30, 2023.5) The Delivery Address Is Specified In The Swz.6) Required Minimum Warranty Period: Not Less Than 6 Months
