Materials And Products Referred To In § 3 Section 6 And 7 Of The Provisions Of The Agreement Should Meet The Requirements Of Art. 10 Of The Construction Law And The Construction Products Act And Have A Safety Mark Certificate For Products Subject To This Certification. For Other Materials - With The Exception Of Those Indicated In The Applicable Regulations Regarding The Determination Of The List Of Products That Have No Significant Impact On Meeting The Basic Requirements, Have A Declaration Of Compliance With The Reference Document, Which Is The Polish Standard, And In The Absence Of A National Technical Approval (At) Or European Approval (Eta). At Each Request Of The Ordering Party, The Contractor Shall Be Obliged To Present Certificates And Declarations Allowing The Product To Be Marketed And Used In The Construction Industry In Relation To The Indicated Materials. 5.7. The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Provide A Guarantee For The Works Performed By Him, Which Are The Subject Of The Contract, Referred To In Point 5.1. Swz And In § 1 Of The Provisions Of The Contract (Chapter Iii Swz) And For The Materials Used For A Period Of At Least 60 Months From The Date Of Faultless Final Acceptance Of The Works, With The Proviso That For Materials This Period May Not Be Shorter Than The Guarantee Provided By The Manufacturer, But Not Shorter Than 60 Months.
