4.1. The Subject Of The Contract Are Construction Works As Part Of The Investment Task Entitled: Construction Of A Village Hall In Stoczek 4.2. The Subject Of The Contract Includes: Construction Of The Village Hall Building Together With Land Development In The Town Of Stoczek, Spiczyn Commune. Airtight Tank, • Construction Of An External Gas Installation, • Construction Of A Post-Paid Supply Line, • Hardening Of The Area (Pedestrian Paths, Pedestrian And Driving Routes, Parking Places And Places For Collecting Solid Waste), Building Area: 226.04 M2 Cubic Capacity: 1245.50 M The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Obtain On Behalf Of And For The Benefit Of The Employer, Permission To Use The Building In Question. The Contractor Will Be Required To Fence Off And Provide Access To The Part Of The Plot Where The Playground Is Located (Through Plot No. 620) In Order To Make It Available To Residents. In Addition, There Are Box Gardens On The Plot, Which Should Be Secured And Allow Access For People Who Take Care Of Them. The Exclusion Referred To In Point 7.6 Of The Swz Takes Place For The Duration Of The Above-Mentioned Period. Circumstances.7.9. In The Case Of A Contractor Excluded On The Basis Of The Premises Indicated In Point 7.7 Of The Swz, The Ordering Party Rejects The Offer Of Such Contractor.7.10. A Person Or Entity Subject To Exclusion Pursuant To Point 7.6 Of The Swz, Who During The Exclusion Period Applies For A Public Contract Or Participates In A Public Procurement Procedure, Shall Be Subject To A Financial Penalty. A Financial Penalty Is Imposed By The President Of The Public Procurement Office, By Way Of A Decision, In The Amount Of Up To Pln 20,000,000.
