In The Event Of Justified Doubts As To The Compliance With Labor Law By The Contractor Or Subcontractor, The Ordering Party May Request An Inspection By The National Labor Inspectorate. In The Event That The Result Of The Inspection Shows The Lack Of Employment Of The Above-Mentioned Persons Under An Employment Contract, The Ordering Party Will Charge Contractual Penalties, The Amount Of Which Has Been Specified In Detail In The Contract Template, Constituting Appendix No. 4 To These Terms And Conditions. The Contractor Is Obliged To Introduce Relevant Provisions In Contracts With Subcontractors Requiring The Employment Of The Above-Mentioned Persons.
