Roro Is A Term For Roll Onroll Off. Liner Shipping Means That The Ships Follow A Scheduled Route Between Different Ports.The Entire Transport Route Must Go Via Seagoing Vessels From Quay To Quay. The Contracting Authority Will Undertake Transport To/From Quays Itself. The Need Is Mainly Along The Norwegian Coast, But There Can Also Be Dispatches To Europe.This Is A Framework Agreement With One Tenderer For Four Years, With An Option To Extend For A Further Three Years.
