Language Proficiency Testing For The Ministry Of Foreign Affairs - Framework Agreement. Kavaku Language Proficiency Testing And Oral And Written Language Proficiency Testing By Um Personnel, Depending On The Customers Needs, On Average Once Or Twice A Year. The Languages Tested Are: English, Spanish, French, German, Russian, Japanese, Mandarin, Portuguese And Standard Arabic. In The Kavaku Language Proficiency Test, Applicants Are Required To Take Tests In Two Different Languages. As A Rule, There Is Only One Language To Be Tested In Personnel Testing. It Is Also Possible That Some Year There Will Be No Testable Language For A Rare Language. The Tests Measure The Functional Level Of Language Skills On A Skill Level Scale Based On The Scale Of The European Reference Framework (Evk, Cefr): Satisfactory Level (B1) And Good Level (B2). The Written And Oral Exam Are Evaluated Separately. The Tests Are Coordinated So That The Tests In Different Languages Are Of The Same Level Of Difficulty. Each Individual Test Includes The Following: 1) Planning And Preparation Of The Written Exam 2) Written Test 3) Oral Test 4) Other (Reservations For Exams, Administration Of Oral And Written Exams, Reception Of Registrations, Information And Scheduling Of Test Takers, Testimonials, Exam Supervision, Evaluation And Correction Of Tests, Test Results For The Customer, Certificates And Feedback To Those Who Obtained B1 Level On The Written And Oral Test)
