In The Scope Of Part I - Shingle Roofing Of The Dutch Windmill Located In Rogierówek Near Kiekrz: The Material Scope Of The Conservation Works Includes Shingling The Roof Of The Dutch Windmill Located In Rogierówek Near Kiekrz. No. Mppen 71 A Monument From The Beginning Of The 20Th Century, Built In 1905. It Is A Free-Standing Building, Erected In The Form Of A 4-Level Octagonal Tower (4 Working Levels), Covered With A Rotating Round Ridge Roof (Also Called A Cap) In A Tent-Conical Shape. It Has A Four-Armed Wing (Propellers) Rotated By The Force Of The Wind, Which, Through The Wing Shaft And The Pinion Wheel, Creates A Transmission Drive For Grain Grinding Mechanisms. The Building Is Built In A Concrete And Transom-Post Structure. The Above-Ground Tower Is An Immovable Structure, Set On A Solid Concrete Wall Forming An Enclosure For The Ground Floor - Basement And A Foundation Sunk Into The Ground Below The Surrounding Area, A Revolving Roof With A Wooden Structure Rests On Wooden Walls. The Roof Structure Rests On A Single Circular Hoop. At The Gable Under The Roof, The Rafters Were Pinned With Pointed Ends In A Keystone - A Round Log With A Diameter Of 30 Cm. The Keystone Above The Roof Creates A Decorative Pazdur, Containing The Tented Roof Slopes Narrowing At The Top, With The Inclination Of 24 Roof Slopes Within 33%. The Roof Area Is About 104 M2. Requirements For The Execution Of Construction Works: 1. Demolition Of The Roofing • Demolition Of The Shingle Roofing • Demolition Of The Roofing Felt • Dismantling Of The Formwork With Sorting Of The Recovered Material, Cleaning Of Nails And Coarse Dirt (Approximately 10% Of The Formwork To Be Replaced) • Disposal Of Demolition Materials2. Maintenance Of The Rafter Structure • Double Fungicidal Impregnation Of Logs And Square Timber Elements Of Wooden Boards And Boards With A Fungicidal Preparation - Fungicidal Impregnation Of The Roof Boarding From The External And Internal Sides And The Roof Truss Structure By Lubrication Method 3. Fire Protection And Bioprotective Impregnation Of The Roof Boarding From The External And Internal Beams And Square Timber 4. Roof Covering Replacement• Roof Formwork Replacement (Approximately 10%)• Roof Membrane Installation• Installation Of Counter Battens• Roof Covering With Battens• Double Roof Covering With Wooden Split Shingles • Shingle Impregnation• Double Fungicidal Impregnation Of Boards And Boards By Lubrication With Preparations Oil - Impregnation Protecting Against The Adverse Effects Of Weather Conditions And Coloring The Headliners5. Lightning Protection System • Installation Of Spiers With A Lightning Protection Blade On A Steel Pipe Pole (Dimension Should Be Selected According To The Existing One) • Disassembly Of Old And Installation Of New Wires (Steel Lightning Protection Wire, Galvanized Ø 8 Mm) Of The Lightning Protection System Along With Replacement Of Brackets And Control Connectors6. Other Works• Assembly And Disassembly Of Scaffolding• Maintenance Of The Paztur On The Top Of The Windmill• Maintenance, Repair And Completion Of The Missing Elements Of The Wind Turbine On The Roof. The Provided Inventory Documentation Of The Windmill Does Not Include The Wooden Turbine On The Roof (The Element Visible In The Photos Attached To The Documentation). During Work On The Roof, The Contractor Must Measure The Remaining Wooden Elements, Replace All Existing Ones With New Ones And Complete The Missing Elements. Existing Metal Elements Should Be Protected Against Corrosion By Applying A Rust Neutralizing Agent And Applying An Anti-Corrosion Coating With A Colorless Metal Varnish. New And Remaining Wooden Elements Should Be Protected By Double Impregnation With An Oil-Type Preparation For Wood; • During The Works, The Building Should Be Protected Against The Influence Of Weather Conditions - Precipitation, Wind, Etc. • After The Works, The Construction Site Should Be Brought To A Proper Condition And Order
