From Km 0+020 To Km 1+015 In The Village Of Warzachewka Polska In The Włocławek Commune. The Scope Of Works In This Part Includes, Among Others: 1) Preparation Works - Demolition Of The Surface For The Purpose Of Tying The Surface, Leveling Fragments Of The Road Edge With Gravel And Partial Repair Of The Edge Of The Roadway, 2) Mechanical Cleaning And Spraying With Asphalt Emulsion For The Needs Of A Profiled Wear Layer, 3) Laying Of A Profile Wear Layer Made Of Asphalt Concrete Ac11w 50/70, 4) Laying Of A Concrete Wear Layer. Asphalt Ac11s 50/70 Thick. 4 Cm - Roadway With Exits, 5) Removal Of Fertile Soil With Grass On The Shoulders, 6) Leveling The Shoulders Of Hard Crushed Stone, Width 0.4 Cm, Thickness Average 8 Cm. Note: During The Execution Of The Works, It Is Required To Pay Special Attention To Utilities Located In The Right-Of-Way. The Employer Informs That A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract For This Lot Is Included In The Design Documentation (Including The Bill Of Quantities), Constituting Appendix No. 1A To The Swz And The Designed Provisions Of The Agreement, Constituting Appendix No. 3 To Swz.2. Equivalent Solutions: If The Design Documentation And Drawings Indicate The Origin (Brand, Trademark, Manufacturer, Supplier) Of Materials Or Standards, Approvals, Specifications And Systems Referred To In Art. 99 Sec. 5 P.Z.P., The Employer Allows Offering Materials Or Equivalent Solutions, Provided That They Guarantee The Correct Implementation Of The Works And Ensure The Achievement Of Technical Parameters Not Worse Than Those Assumed In The Above-Mentioned Documents, I.E. In Particular: Wherever The Subject Of The Contract Is Described By Indicating Trademarks, Patents Or Origin, Source Or Specific Process Or Standards, European Technical Assessments, Approvals, Technical Specifications And Technical Reference Systems, The Employer Allows The Contractor To Offer Materials Or Solutions Equivalent To Those Described In The Documentation, Provided That They Do Not Reduce The Specified In The Standards Documentation. They Will Have The Required Attestations, Certificates Or Approvals And Will Ensure The Execution Of The Order In Accordance With The Expectations And Requirements Of The Employer Specified In The Tor. Indicating In The Project Documentation Exemplary Trademarks Of Patents Or Origin, Standards, European Technical Assessments, Approvals, Technical Specifications And Technical Reference Systems Is Intended To Clarify The Expectations Of The Ordering Party. All Trademarks, Patents Or Certificates Of Origin, Source Or Specific Process, As Well As Standards, European Technical Assessments, Approvals, Technical Specifications And Technical Reference Systems, Indicated In The Technical Documentation, Should Be Treated As Examples Only, And The Ordering Party Allows The Use Of Equivalent Materials, Devices, I.E. With Functional Parameters Not Worse Than Those Indicated By The Employer. All The Parameters And Technical Requirements Of The Sample Materials And Devices Provided For In The Tender Documentation Are The Minimum Parameters, Unless Otherwise Stated. All Trademarks, Patents Or Certificates Of Origin, Source Or Specific Process As Well As Standards, European Technical Assessments, Approvals, Technical Specifications And Technical Reference Systems Indicated In The Design Documentation Shall Be Accompanied By The Words Or Equivalent. In The Design Documentation, The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Refers To Standards And The Offered Service Does Not Have To Comply With The Required Standards, But The Contractor Is Obliged To Prove In The Offer That The Proposed Solutions Meet The Requirements Set Out In The Description Of The Contract To An Equivalent Degree. The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Was Constructed By Specifying The Performance Or Functionality Requirements, I.E. In Accordance With Art. 101 Sec. 5 And Sec. 6 Of The Public Procurement Law, The Contractor May Refer To The Compliance Of The Services Offered With The Relevant Standards, If They Relate To Performance Or Functionality Requirements Specified By The Contracting Authority. At The Latest On The Date Of Signing The Contract, The Contractor Shall Document To The Contracting Authority The Fact Of Employing Persons Involved In The Performance Of Activities Indicated In The Tor (Point 3.1)4 On The Basis Of An Employment Contract.
