Work Detail
1. The Subject Of The Contract Is A Construction Work Involving The Replacement Of External Windows And Doors In Childrens Rooms And In A Multifunctional Room In The Building Of The Municipal Kindergarten No. 21 Located In Słupsk At Ul. Edward Łada-Cybulski. The Replacement Consists In The Disassembly Of The Existing Woodwork And The Assembly Of The New One. 2. For The New Window Woodwork, The Contractor Should: 1) Make The Woodwork From Aluminum Profiles In The External Color: Graphite (Similar To The Other Woodwork In The Building), And White From The Inside, 2) Use Warm Profile With A Thermal Insert, 3) Equip The Entrance Door With A Handle From The Inside, And From The Outside With A Handrail And An Electric Strike And A Door Closer Of At Least The Same Class As Geze With The Function Of Braking And Anti-Breaking Of The Wings. Triple Glazing With Float Safety Glass, Two-Chamber Glass Packages.5) Assume An Acoustic Protection Factor Of 32 Db. Minimum Heat Transfer Coefficient For The Entire Window: U<= 0.9 M2/K. For The Glazing Unit: U<= 0.7 M2/K.6) Roller Shutters Should Be Installed On The New External Woodwork In Cassettes With Flat Guides.4. The Subject Of The Contract Was Described In Detail Using The Design Documentation Entitled Replacement Of Selected Joinery Elements Made By Biuro Projektowe Piotr Bezubik, Ul. Wiatraczna 4E/15, 76-200 Słupsk (Appendix No. 9 To Swz). Pursuant To Article 101(4) Of The Act, The Employer Allows Solutions Equivalent To Those Described In The Design Documentation By Means Of Standards, European Technical Assessments, Approvals, Technical Specifications And Technical Reference Systems Referred To In Art. 101 Section 1 Item 2 And Section 3 Of The Act. 3. In The Event Of Discrepancies Between The Stwiorb And The Architectural And Construction Design, The Superior Document Is The Architectural And Construction Design. Standards, Regulations Of Technical Inspection, Construction Law And Construction Art. 5. Demolition Materials (Dismantled Windows And Doors) Will Be Transported To The Storage Yard Indicated By The Employer In The City Of Słupsk. The Contractor And The Supervision Inspector/Representative Of The Employer Shall Draw Up A Written Report On The Above Activities. The Contractor Should Include The Costs Of Transporting The Material In The Offer. Demolition Material That Is Not Suitable For Reuse Will Be Disposed Of By The Contractor At His Own Expense. Therefore, The Contractor Is Subject To The Obligations Arising From The Act Of 14/12/2012 On Waste. In View Of The Above, The Disposal Of The Generated Waste Should Be Carried Out In Accordance With The Above-Mentioned The Law And Its Cost To Include In The Price Of The Offer. A Safety Mark Indicating Compliance With The Relevant Standards, Technical Approval And Relevant Technical Regulations, In Accordance With Art. 10 Of The Act Of 7 July 1994 - Construction Law. 8. If The Design Documentation Or Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works Would Indicate Trademarks, Patents Or Origins, Sources Or A Specific Process That Characterizes Products Or Services In Relation To Certain Materials Or Devices Delivered By A Specific Contractor - The Ordering Party, In Accordance With Art. 99 Sec. 5 Of The Public Procurement Law, Allows Offering Equivalent Materials Or Devices. Materials Or Devices From Specific Manufacturers Define The Minimum Technical, Operational, Functional, Quality And Functional Parameters That Must Be Met By The Materials Or Devices Offered By The Contractor In Order To Meet The Requirements Set By The Employer. Qualitative And Functional” The Employer Understands The Requirements For Materials Or Devices Contained In Publicly Available Sources, Catalogs And Websites Of Manufacturers. The Use Of Exemplary Names Of The Manufacturer Is Only Intended To Clarify The Level Of Expectations Of The Ordering Party In Relation To A Specific Solution. The Use Of Names Of Manufacturers/Products Is For Illustrative Purposes Only. The Ordering Party, Indicating The Designation Of A Specific Manufacturer (Supplier) Or A Specific Product In The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract, At The Same Time Allows Equivalent Products With Technical, Operational, Utility, Quality And Functional Parameters At Least At The Level Of The Parameters Of The Indicated Product, Thus Recognizing Each Product With The Indicated Or Better Parameters . It Means That These Indications Are Accompanied By The Words Or Equivalent.10. Pursuant To Art. 101 Sec. 4 Of The Public Procurement Law (Ppl), If The Design Documentation Or Stwiorb, I.E. The Documents Describing The Subject Of The Contract, Refer To Specific Standards And Regulations To Be Met By Materials, Equipment And Other Goods, As Well As Performed And Tested Works, The Provisions Will Apply The Latest Edition Or Revised Edition Of The Referenced Standards And Regulations. Where The Referenced Standards And Regulations Are National Or Specific To A Country Or Region, Other Relevant Standards Providing An Equal Or Higher Level Of Performance Than The Referenced Standards Or Regulations May Also Be Used, Subject To Review And Written Approval By The Supervision Inspector. Differences Between The Referenced Standards And Their Proposed Replacements Must Be Precisely Described By The Contractor And Submitted To The Inspector For Approval.11. At Each Request Of The Ordering Party, Including Before Starting The Use Of Materials And Devices Intended For Use In The Implementation Of This Order, The Contractor Shall Provide The Ordering Party With Documents Confirming Their Admission To Trading And Use In Construction. 12. Criteria Used To Assess Equivalence. The Contractor Who Invokes Solutions Equivalent To Those Described By The Employer Is Obliged To Demonstrate That The Materials And/Or Devices Proposed By Him Meet (Equivalent To) The Requirements Specified By The Employer. In This Case, The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide In The Offer The Names (Types, Types) Of Manufacturers Accepted For Valuation And Use In The Execution Of The Order Of The Offered Products And / Or Systems And Submit Appropriate Documents (In Polish) Describing The Technical Parameters And The Manufacturer, Certificates Required By Law And Other Documents That Make It Possible To Unequivocally State That They Are Actually Equivalent (Attestations, Approvals, Declarations Of Compliance With Regulations And Standards And Catalog Cards Of Manufacturers Of Equivalent Materials, Etc.). Equivalence In Terms Of Technical, Operational And Operational Parameters Is To Ensure, In Particular, The Achievement Of Technical Parameters Not Worse Than Those Assumed In This Tor. The Materials And Devices Used Should Be Approved For Trading And Use In Construction Within The Meaning Of The Act Of July 7, 1994. Construction Law.13. The Burden Of Proving That The Products, Materials Or Devices Are Equivalent To The Requirement Specified By The Ordering Party Rests With The Contractor. If The Products, Materials Or Devices Offered By The Contractor As Equivalent Are Not Equivalent To Those Specified In The Order Documents In The Light Of The Documents Submitted By The Contractor, The Contractors Offer Will Be Rejected As An Offer Containing Content Inconsistent With The Terms Of The Order. Offer - Attachment No. 1 To The Tor) Of An Equivalent Solution, The Employer Will Consider That The Contractor Will Perform The Subject Of The Contract In Accordance With The Solutions Indicated In The Tor And Its Attachments.15. In The Event Of The Need To Change Materials At The Stage Of Works Implementation, The Contractor Must Obtain The Written Consent Of The Employer Before Using Them.16. The Ordering Party Requires The Contractor To Provide A Guarantee For The Performed Construction Works Constituting The Subject Of This Contract For A Period Of Not Less Than 24 Months, Counting From The Date Of Final Acceptance Of These Works. The Guarantee Period For The Performed Construction Works Is One Of The Criteria For Evaluating Tenders With A Weight Of 40 Points And Will Be Assessed In Accordance With The Rules Set Out In Swz.17. 18. The Contractor Shall Prepare The As-Built Acceptance Documentation In Accordance With The Agreement. 19. The Ordering Party Requires The Contractor To Provide A Warranty For The Construction Works That Are The Subject Of This Order For A Period Of 60 Months, Counting From The Date Of Final Acceptance Of The Works. 20. The Ordering Party Requires That The Fleet Used By The Contractor For Execution Of The Order Included At Least 10% Of Vehicles Powered By Electricity Or Natural Gas.
