Replacement Of Boilers With The Installation Of Necessary Equipment And Chimney Liners, Along With The Reconstruction Of The Central Heating And Electrical Installation Within The Boiler Room. The Reconstruction Is Aimed At Adapting The Power Of The Boiler Room To The Current Needs After Disconnecting One Heating Circuit And Replacement Of Worn-Out Elements Of The Boiler Room. • The Boiler House Is Fired With Natural Gas, Type Gz-50. • In Order To Cover The Balanced Heating Needs, A Cascade Of 2 Standing Condensing Boilers With A Power Of 279.6 Kw With A Weather Regulator With Cascade Modules Is Planned - Controlling 1 Radiator Circuit With • Requirements For The Boiler: O Maximum Heating Power At Parameter 80/60 Not Lower Than 139.8Kw; O Hydraulic Resistance On The Water Side For Δt15 Not Higher Than 54Mbar; O Maximum Supply Temperature Not Lower Than 95Oc (The Exchanger Was Selected For The Max. 95C); O Maximum Working Pressure Not Less Than 6 Bar; O Maximum Difference Between The Supply And Return Temperatures At Full Load Not Less Than 50K; O Maximum Difference Between The Supply And Return Temperatures At Partial Load Not Less Than 59K; Will Ultimately Be Water For The Needs Of Central Heating And Will Take Into Account The Maintenance Of A Constant Internal Temperature Depending On External Conditions. • For This Purpose, A Mixing System Equipped With A Mixer With An Electric Actuator, Which Will Cooperate With The Regulator, Is Planned For The Central Heating Radiator Circuit. In Order To Avoid Contamination Of The Boilers, It Is Planned To Use A Plate Exchanger According To The Type Of Selection Card Separating The Existing Central Heating Installation. From The Boiler Circuit (Forcing The Circulation Through The Boiler Circuit Pumps - Exchanger). • As Protection For The Boiler System, An Existing Central Heating Expansion Vessel Is Provided On The Installation Side. Together With The Designed Safety Valve, And On The Side Of The Boiler Circuit Safety Valves For 3 Bar Pressure Together With The Central Heating Vessels. Factory Boilers Are Equipped With Protection Against Lack Of Water In The System And Too High Temperature In The Installation (Stb). • A Condensate Neutralizer Should Be Used On The Condensate Discharge Pipe From The Boiler, Pressure Gauges With The Following Parameters Should Be Used As Pressure Measuring Elements: For A Closed System, Pressure Gauges Up To 6 Bar, Gas Detector (Existing), Located In The Boiler Room, Located In The Vicinity Of Newly Installed Boilers (For Each Separately) At A Height Of 15-30 Cm Under The Ceiling., • Admitting Water To The Central Heating System From The Existing Water Supply System Through The Return Pipe Of The Central Heating System And The Designed Demineralizer - For The Circulation Before The Exchanger And The Circulation After The Exchanger - Existing Treatment Station, Placing Individual Elements According To The Graphic Part Of The Technical Study. • Water Should Be Supplied From The Demineralizer To The Installation Before The Exchanger. • The Existing Circuit Of The Boiler Pump Should Be Dismantled, Together With The Return Pipe From The Installation, • Dismantling The Pipe Of The Installation Supplying The Residential Building, • Partially Existing Pipes Supply And Return Lines From The Boilers To The Manifolds To Connect The Installation Before The Exchanger (Installation Circuit). • Insulation Losses Must Be Filled. • The Gas Installation Must Be Repainted And The Boilers Connected To The Existing Installation. ) In Place Of The Existing Circulating Pump Of The City Hall Building, • Vent The Central Heating System Riser.
