- The Full List Of The Assortment Being The Subject Of The Deliveries And The Maximum Number Of Ordered Products Is Given In The Assortment, Quantity And Value Specification Constituting Annex No. 1A To The Swz. - Failure To Fill In Column No. 3 Of The Above-Mentioned Specification (Appendix 1A) Or Proposing Products That Are Inconsistent With The Requirements Of The Ordering Party, Will Be Tantamount To Rejection Of The Contractors Offer Pursuant To Art. 226 Sec. 1 Point 5 Of The Public Procurement Law - As Inconsistent With The Terms Of The Contract. - In Order To Confirm That The Deliveries Offered For Parts 1 And 2 Meet The Specified Requirements, The Ordering Party Requests The Contractor To Submit Product Cards Or Other Documents With The Offer, Which Will Show Their Composition And The Fulfillment Of The Requirements Specified By The Ordering Party In The Assortment, Quantity And Value Specification Constituting Appendix No. 1A And 1B To The Swz. - The Quantities Given In The Assortment-Value-Quantity Specifications Constituting Annexes 1A And 1B To The Swz Are Estimated Quantities And Do Not Oblige The Ordering Party To Purchase Products In These Quantities. - The Ordering Party Reserves The Right Not To Complete The Subject Of The Contract With A Value Of Up To 50% Of The Total Gross Remuneration. Journal Of Laws Of 2022, Item 2132, As Amended As Amended) Or The Current Administrative Decision On The Entry In The Register Of Establishments Or On The Approval Of The Establishment Issued By The Poviat Veterinarian Along With The Assigned Identification Number In Accordance With Art. 21 Sec. 4 Of The Act Of 16 December 2005 On Products Of Animal Origin (I.E. Journal Of Laws Of 2020, Item 1753, As Amended). The Contractor Must Be Subject To Constant Supervision By The Competent Authorities. - Offered Products Must Meet The Requirements Listed In The Applicable Provisions Of Law On The Production And Marketing Of Food.
