1) The Subject Of The Contract Is Provision Of Restaurant Services And Serving Meals For Solpark Kleszczów Sp. Z O. O. (Preparation, Issue, Waiter Service). 2) A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Has Been Included In The Price Form, Which Is Attached As Appendix 2 To The Swz, Which Will Also Be Attached As Appendix 1 To The Contract For The Provision Of Restaurant Services And Serving Meals. 3) The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide Services Of Preparing And Serving: Breakfasts, Lunches, Dinners, Sports Sets, Coffee Buffets, Meals For Events, Meals At Integration Events And Other According To The Needs Of The Ordering Party. Products Of The Highest Quality And Safety, And To Comply With Legal Regulations Regarding The Storage And Preparation Of Food Products, I.E. Sportowa 3), As Well As To Bear All Related Costs - A Template Of A Sublease Agreement Along With A Specified Amount Of Monthly Rent And Other Fees - Is Attached As Appendix 6 To The Swz With Attachments.
