The Subject Of The Contract Is The Delivery And Assembly Of Furniture And Catering Equipment To The Seat Of The Ordering Party, Together With The Provision Of A Guarantee.2. A Detailed List Of Furniture And Equipment Included In The Subject Of The Contract Is Set Out In Appendix No. 2 To The Tor (Opz), Which Will Be Introduced As An Appendix To The Public Procurement Contract.3. The Delivery And Assembly Of The Subject Of The Order Will Take Place At The Contractors Cost And Risk, Taking Into Account All Costs And Fees Related To Such Delivery And Assembly, In Particular With Transport, Transport Insurance, Appropriate Packaging, Unloading, Bringing To The Designated Premises, Assembly And Maintaining Proper Order In The Equipped Rooms, Including The Removal Of Empty Packaging And Packaging Elements From The Delivered Products.4. The Installation Includes In Particular: - Setting And Leveling Furniture And Equipment - Preparation Of The Gas Installation For Connecting Devices: Distribution Of Gas Connections With Valves From The Main Supply Pipe Released From The Floor In The Final Location Of The Heating Island. - Installation Of Equipment, Including Connecting Devices To The Existing Installation Electricity, Gas And Water And Sewage Systems. - Starting The Equipment And Testing The Correct Operation - Costs Of Installation Materials Such As Gas Hoses, Reducers, Siphons, Blinds, Etc. Are Borne By The Contractor.5. Delivery And Assembly Of The Order Will Take Place On Working Days, Which Are Also Working Days Of The Facility, From 8:00 To 15:00. A Working Day Is Understood By The Ordering Party As Days From Monday To Friday, Excluding Public Holidays.6. The Ordering Party Requires That The Furniture And Equipment Constituting The Subject Of The Order Are Brand New (E.G. Non-Exhibition Items), Efficient, Fit For The Agreed Use, Meeting The Functional Requirements Specified In The Tor And Free From Physical And Legal Defects.
