The Open Procedure, Divided Into 2 (Two) Lots, Is Aimed At Concluding Framework Agreements With A Single Economic Operator For Each Lot, Pursuant To Art. 54, Paragraphs 3 And 6, Of Legislative Decree No. 50/2016 And Subsequent Amendments, By Virtue Of Which The Companies Inrete Distribuzione Energia S.P.A. And Acegasapsamga S.P.A., Belonging To The Hera Group, Will Award The Supply Of An Indicative Number Of 278 Conversion Devices And Type 1 And 2 Flow Computers Of The Measurement Systems, In Compliance With The Uni 91673 Standards (In The Version Currently In Force) And Uni 11629_2020 And Ss.Mm.Ii. And In Full Compliance With The Snam Rete Gas Network Code In The Version Currently In Force, Complete With All Components And Accessories, Assembled And Tested, As Well As Ready For Normal Operation, To Be Installed At The Remi Substations In The Territory Managed By The Customers. The Contract Is Divided Into 2 (Two) Lots.
