We Require A Contractor Who Can Commit Their Own Skills And Resources To This Project And Who Also Has Partnerships With Quality And Reliable Subcontractors. This Project Is In A Rural Regional Location 3 Hours From The Nearest Major Urban Centre. This Means That A Main Contractor Needs To Have The Ability To Mobilise Itself And Subcontractors To A Regional Area Or Engage With Subcontractors And Suppliers Locally. This Project Will Be Undertaken Around A Functional Hospital Environment So Demonstrating An Ability To Manage And Plan For These Constraints Is Of High Importance.
