Tenders Are Invited For Delivery And Assembly Of Household Appliances, Electronics And Catering Equipment For Nursery No. 42 At Ul. Chodecka 9 In Warsaw

1. Subject Of The Contract: The Subject Of The Contract Is The Delivery And Installation Of Household Appliances, Electronics And Catering Equipment For Nursery No. 42 At Ul. Chodecka 9 In Warsaw As Part Of The Investment Entitled Expansion Of The Existing Nursery No. 42 At 3 Chodecka Street With A New Building. In Warsaw 1) The Contractor Will Purchase The Subject Of The Agreement And Deliver It At His Own Expense And Risk To The Nursery Building At Ul. Chodecka 9 In Warsaw, In Accordance With The List Of Offered Equipment And Annexes 1A And 1B To The Agreement Containing A List Of Elements Of The Subject Of The Agreement. 2) The Contractor Shall Unload And Assemble Household Appliances, Radio And Television Equipment And Catering Equipment In The Rooms Of The Nursery Designated By The Employer, 3) Receipt Of The Subject Of The Order Will Be Confirmed A Written Delivery And Acceptance Report, Drawn Up By Authorized Representatives Of The Parties. The Contractor Shall Attach Warranty Cards For The Delivered Subject Of The Agreement To The Acceptance Report. 4) The Delivered Household Appliances, Rtv And Catering Equipment For The Nursery Must Be A Brand New Product, Not Older Than 12 Months From The Date Of Conclusion Of The Contract In The Original Packaging, Delivered Directly From The Manufacturer Or An Authorized Distributor, Free From Defects And Meet All The Requirements Of Polish Standards And Generally Applicable Laws.
