1. The Subject Of The Contract Includes The Performance Of The Task Entitled “Reconstruction Of Two Buildings At Ul. Rolnicza No. 9 And No. 11 In Toruń.”1.2. The Subject Of The Contract Includes, In Particular, The Following Scope Of Works: 1) Thermal Insulation Works On The Façade, Replacement Of Windows And Doors And Renovation Of Balconies, 2) Replacement Of The Structure And Roof Covering, 3) Construction Of An Elevator Shaft And Assembly Of A Passenger Lift, 4) General Construction Renovation Of Residential Premises, Staircase And Basement, Including A Heating Substation (Plaster, Cladding, Painting, Replacement Of Door Joinery, Partition Walls, Floors), 5) Execution Of Water And Sewage Systems. And C.O.,6) Execution Of The Electrical Lighting, Lightning Protection, Plug Sockets And Power Switchgears.2. The Contractor Will Perform The Subject Of The Contract To The Extent And In The Manner Specified In The Design Documentation And The Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works (Studies Prepared By Piotr Świrzyński, Running A Business Under The Name: Psbud Piotr Świrzyński; Components Of The Design Documentation And Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works Listed In Appendix No. 1 To The Contract Template) And In Accordance With Applicable Law, Standards, Construction Art, Based On The Inspection Of The Construction Site And In Accordance With The Administrative Decisions Held By The Employer. The Contractor Will Carry Out The Works Taking Into Account The Standards For The Protection, Shaping And Maintenance Of Green Areas, Contained In Appendix No. 1 Entitled Tree Protection In The Investment Process To The Environmental Protection Program For The City Of Toruń For The Years 2021-2024, Taking Into Account The Perspective Until 2028, Constituting An Attachment To Resolution No. 699/2021 Of The Toruń City Council Of September 9, 2021 On The Adoption Of The Program Environmental Protection For The City Of Toruń For The Years 2021-2024, Taking Into Account The Perspective Until 2028”.3. The Employer Requires Employment Under An Employment Contract By The Contractor Or A Subcontractor, Throughout The Entire Period Of Performance Of The Subject Of The Contract, Persons Performing The Following Activities Related To Construction Works During The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Contract: Physical Activities And Operation Of Machines During General Construction Works, Related To The Reconstruction Of Buildings And Sanitary Works And Electrical.
