Mafs And Mgcsw Is Seeking To Use A Portion Of The Proceed Of The Funds To The Services Of A Consulting Firm For The Biometrics And Management Information System (Mis) Hosting, Development And Strengthening. The Consulting Services (Services) Is Required To Host, In The Government Of South Sudan-Approved Environment, Maintain, And Strengthen The Mis And Biometric System, Including The Existing Database For The Indicated Period Of The Assignment. The Firm Will Also Facilitate The Handover Of The System And Database To The Government Of South Sudan At The End Of The Contract Period As Detailed In The Terms Of Reference. The Short-Listing Criteria Are As Follows: At Least Ten (10) Years Of General Experience In Information Technologies Development, Delivery, And Maintenance Functional Management Information And/Or Biometric Systems Of Social Protection Cash Transfers Or Related Fields. Specific Experience In Successfully Completing At Least Two (2) Similar Assignments Related To Registration, Management And Cash Transfer Using Management Information Systems In Social Protection Cash Transfers Or Related Fields In Post Conflict Countries Such As South Sudan In The Last 7 Years.
