Tenders Are Invited For Service Of Card Payments Of Public Obligations, Established And Collected By The National Revenue Agency, Ordered Through A Pos Virtual Terminal Device /Virtual Pos/ Or Through Pos Terminal Devices /Physical Pos Terminals/
The Subject Of This Public Procurement Is Related To The Selection Of A Contractor For Servicing Card Payments Of Public Obligations, Established And Collected By The National Revenue Agency, Ordered Through A Pos Virtual Terminal Device /Virtual Pos/ Or Through Pos Terminal Devices /Physical Pos Terminals/. The Performance Of The Service Also Includes The Following Supporting Activities: Providing, Setting Up And Servicing A Virtual Pos Terminal And Physical Pos Terminals, In Order To Ensure Cashless Payment. The Same Is Done Through A Virtual Pos Terminal And A Physical Pos (Terminal With A Payment Card) In A Nra Office. To Perform The Service, The Contractor Provides A Virtual Pos Terminal And Physical Pos Terminals (With Installed Software For Performing The Service And Added Pin Pad) For The Duration Of The Contract. The Card Payment Service Includes An Interchange Fee For Transactions Through A Virtual Or Physical Pos Terminal. Pursuant To Regulation (Eu) 2015/751 Of The European Parliament And Of The Council Of April 29, 2015 (The Regulation), Payment Service Providers Apply An Interchange Fee For Transactions With Consumer Debit And Credit Cards In The Maximum Amounts Specified In Chapter Ii , Art. 3 And Art. 4. An Integral Part Of The Service For Servicing Card Payments Made At A Physical Pos Terminal Is The Provision By The Contractor Of The Devices For Use By The Nra.
