Tenders Are Invited For Finishing Works Of The Country House In Nowa Wieś In The Municipality Of Włocławek Implemented As Part Of The Task: Extension And Reconstruction Of The Country House Building In Nowa Wieś (Finishing)

1.1. The Subject Of The Contract Under The Procedure In Question Are Construction Works Consisting In Finishing Works For The Village Hall In Nowa Wieś. The Scope Of Works Includes The Execution Of Internal Finishing Works Of The Building (Including Electrical Installations And Sewage Systems) And Land Development, Including: 1) Internal Floors In The Rooms Of The Common Room; 2) Insulation Of The Attic; 3) Insertion Of Internal Doors; 4 ) Internal Floors Made Of Ceramic Tiles; 5) Laying Plasters And Painting The Internal Walls Twice; 6) Internal Installations: Sanitary Installation, Cold Water Installation, Electrical Installation With The Installation Of Electric Radiators, Ventilation; 7) Installation Of A Cast Iron Or Plastic Sink On The Cabinet Sink Area8) Installation Of Washbasins, Toilets, Urinals And Installation Of Toilet Handles For People With Disabilities - 2 At The Washbasin And 2 At The Toilet;9) Lightning Protection System On The Building Of The Common Room;10) A Platform In Front Of The Entrance And A Ramp For People With Physical Disabilities;11) Wristbands Around The Common Room;12) Car Park And Road.1.2. The Employer Informs That A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Is Included In The Design Documentation (Including The Quantity Survey), Constituting Appendix No. 1 To The Swz And The Draft Provisions Of The Contract, Constituting Appendix No. 3 To The Swz.1.3. If The Design Documentation And Drawings Indicate The Origin (Brand, Trademark, Manufacturer, Supplier) Of Materials Or Standards, Approvals, Specifications And Systems Referred To In Art. 99 Sec. 5 Of The Public Procurement Law, The Employer Allows Offering Materials Or Equivalent Solutions, Provided That They Guarantee The Correct Implementation Of The Works And Ensure The Achievement Of Technical Parameters Not Worse Than Those Assumed In The Above-Mentioned Documents, I.E. In Particular: Wherever The Subject Of The Contract Is Described By Indicating Trademarks, Patents Or Origin, Source Or Specific Process Or Standards, European Technical Assessments, Approvals, Technical Specifications And Technical Reference Systems, The Employer Allows The Contractor To Offer Materials Or Solutions Equivalent To Those Described In The Documentation, Provided That They Do Not Reduce The Specified In The Standards Documentation. They Will Have The Required Attestations, Certificates Or Approvals And Will Ensure The Execution Of The Order In Accordance With The Expectations And Requirements Of The Employer Specified In The Tor. Indicating In The Project Documentation Exemplary Trademarks Of Patents Or Origin, Standards, European Technical Assessments, Approvals, Technical Specifications And Technical Reference Systems Is Intended To Clarify The Expectations Of The Ordering Party. All Trademarks, Patents Or Certificates Of Origin, Source Or Specific Process, As Well As Standards, European Technical Assessments, Approvals, Technical Specifications And Technical Reference Systems, Indicated In The Technical Documentation, Should Be Treated As Examples Only, And The Ordering Party Allows The Use Of Equivalent Materials, Devices, I.E. With Functional Parameters Not Worse Than Those Indicated By The Employer. All The Parameters And Technical Requirements Of The Sample Materials And Devices Provided For In The Tender Documentation Are The Minimum Parameters, Unless Otherwise Stated. All Trademarks, Patents Or Certificates Of Origin, Source Or Specific Process As Well As Standards, European Technical Assessments, Approvals, Technical Specifications And Technical Reference Systems Indicated In The Design Documentation Shall Be Accompanied By The Words Or Equivalent. In The Design Documentation, The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Refers To Standards And The Offered Service Does Not Have To Comply With The Required Standards, But The Contractor Is Obliged To Prove In The Offer That The Proposed Solutions Meet The Requirements Set Out In The Description Of The Contract To An Equivalent Degree. The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Was Constructed By Specifying The Performance Or Functionality Requirements, I.E. In Accordance With Art. 101 Sec. 5 And Sec. 6 Of The Public Procurement Law, The Contractor May Refer To The Compliance Of The Services Offered With The Relevant Standards, If They Relate To Performance Or Functionality Requirements Specified By The Contracting Authority. In Such A Situation, The Contractor Demonstrates That The Building, Delivery Or Service Meets The Performance Or Functionality Requirements Specified By The Employer.1.4. Type Of Activities Necessary For The Performance Of The Contract, Which Are Subject To The Requirements Of Employment On The Basis Of An Employment Relationship By The Contractor Or Subcontractor Of Persons Performing Activities During The Performance Of The Contract, I.E. Construction Works Related To The Execution Of The Floor On The Ground, Construction Works Related To Internal Finishing - Floor, Construction Works Related To Water And Water Installations - Sewage System, Sanitary Sewage Installation (Detailed Activities Specified In The Bill Of Quantities), Construction Works Related To Electrical Works (Switchgear) Along With The Assembly Of The Electrical System And Lightning Protection System (Detailed Activities Specified In The Bill Of Quantities) Excluding Activities Performed By Persons Performing Independent Technical Functions In Construction, Such As: Managing Construction Works, Construction Management, Construction Service, Documenting The Course Of Construction, Organizing Work On The Construction Site, Supervision Over The Implementation Of Construction Works, And Excluding Activities Related To Construction Services, Such As Geodetic Services, Administrative Services.1.5. Information On The Contractors Obligation To Perform Key Parts Of The Contract In Person Works Related To The Performance Of The Following Elements Of The Contract: - Plastering Works - Internal Plaster, - Wall Finishing - Laying Tiles, Painting Walls, - Execution Of Floors.1.6.
