Tenders Are Invited For Provision Of Nutrition Services, I.E. Preparation And Delivery Of Meals For Students Of Kindergarten With Integration Departments No. 394 In Warsaw In The School Year 2023/2024.

1. The Subject Of The Contract Is The Provision Of Nutrition Services To Students Of The Kindergarten With Integration Departments No. 394 In Warsaw.2. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Regarding The Employers Requirements Regarding The Quality Of The Meals Provided, Referred To In Paragraph 4, Constitutes Appendix No. 3 To Swz3. The Contractor Will Prepare For The Needs Of: 1) Kindergarten Students Four Meals A Day, Including: A) Breakfast, B) Lunch, C) Dinner Consisting Of Two Courses In The Form Of Soup And A Second Course, D) Afternoon Tea; 2) Teachers And Employees Administration And Service Of The Kindergarten, The Meal Referred To In Point 1 Lit. C.4. The Maximum Scope Of The Contract Includes The Preparation And Delivery Within 230 Days Of: 1) 180 Servings Per Day Of Each Of The Meals Referred To In Paragraph 3 Point 1 Lit. A, B And D, I.E. A Total Of 41,400 Each Of The Meals; 2) 188 Lunches Referred To In Sec. 3 Point 1 Lit. C, I.E. A Total Of 43,240 Lunches5. The Number Of Days Indicated In Sec. 5 May Be Reduced In Connection With Interruptions In The Functioning Of The Kindergarten Or In Connection With Interruptions In The Attendance Of Students To The Kindergarten Or In Connection With Other Unforeseeable Situations.6. The Number Of Meals Prepared And Delivered On A Given Day Will Be Determined On The Basis Of The Actual Demand Submitted To The Contractor By 22:00 Of The Previous Day.7. The Actual Demand For Individual Meals Referred To In Paragraph 3 Point 1, Does Not Have To Be Equal. It Is Allowed To Order By: 1) Kindergarten Students: A) All Meals Referred To In Sec. 3 Point 1, B) Only The Meals Referred To In Par. 3 Point 1 Lit. A-C, C) Only Meals Referred To In Par. 3 Point 1 Lit. B-D; 2) Teachers And Employees Of The Administration And Service Of The Kindergarten Only The Meal Referred To In Sec. 3 Point 1 Lit. C.8. The Minimum Scope Of The Contract Is 50% Of The Maximum Contract Referred To In Paragraph 5 And Covers The Total Preparation And Delivery Of A Minimum Of 20,700 Breakfasts, 20,700 Lunches, 21,620 Lunches, And 20,700 Afternoon Teas9. Delivery Of Meals Referred To In Paragraph 3 Points 1-2 Will Be Carried Out By The Contractor Providing Teachers Or Employees Of The Kindergartens Administration And Service With Properly Secured Meals In Thermal Insulation Containers Made Of Plastic Protecting Meals Against Spilling And Cooling: 1) Single-Component Thermoses Intended For Transporting Hot Meals (Soup, Drinks) ;2) Multi-Ingredient Thermos Flasks Filled With Containers That Come In Various Configurations And Ensure The Delivery Of Individual Parts Of Meals, Whereby They Must: C, Second Course +65 °C, Tea/Coffee/Cocoa +70 °C, - The Maximum Temperature Of Cold Products (Raw Materials) Should Be +4 °C, B) Be Tightly Closed, C) Be Undamaged, D) Have Appropriate Certificates And Certificates10. The Meals Referred To In Paragraph 4 Will Be Issued At Regular Hours: 1) Breakfast At 8:30;2) Second Breakfast At 10:00;3) Lunches At 12:00;4) Afternoon Tea At 15:00.
