The Extension Of The Guarantee/Warranty Period By Subsequent Months Will Be (Apart From The Price) A Scoring Criterion For The Evaluation Of Tenders; C) The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Choose The Color Of The Paint Covering The Boat; Of The Purchasing System; F) The Contracting Authority Allows Subcontracting Of Part Of The Contract; G) The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Has Been Constructed By Specifying The Minimum Requirements For Performance Or Functionality, Then, In Accordance With Art. 101 Sec. 5 And 6 Of The Public Procurement Law, The Contractor May Refer To The Compliance Of The Offered Devices With The Relevant Standards Or Equivalent Standards, If They Concern The Performance Or Functionality Requirements Specified By The Employer. In Such A Situation, The Contractor Demonstrates That The Delivery Meets The Performance Or Functionality Requirements Specified By The Employer; H) The Use Of Equivalent Solutions Should Be Indicated In The Offer, Regardless Of Whether The Employer Requests The Contractor To Submit The Relevant Evidence; To Equivalent Solutions, He Is Obliged To Prove That The Solution He Offers Meets The Requirements Specified By The Ordering Party.
