The Subject Of The Order Is The Delivery, Assembly, Programming, Commissioning As Well As Technical Supervision And Comprehensive Service Ensuring Constant Operational Readiness Of 10 Brand New Parking Meters For The Needs Of The Paid Parking Zone In The Commune-Miasto Dzia dowo, As Described In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order In Chapter Ii Specification Of The Contract Conditions Constituting An Attachment To Swz.2. The Order Includes: 1) Delivery And Assembly Of 10 Brand New Parking Meters Used To Collect Fees For Parking In The Paid Parking Zone In Dzia dowo, Equipped With A Modem For Gprs Data Transmission And Sim Cards, 2) Transport, Configuration And Commissioning Of Parking Meters, 3) Disassembly Of Existing Devices And Transporting Them To The Place Indicated By The Ordering Party, 4) Assembly Of New Devices On The Existing Foundations, 5) Delivery Of 3 Additional Removable Cassettes For The Coin Collection, 6) Ensuring The Possibility Of Paying Parking Fees In The Devices Using Coins, Payment Cards And The Blik System, 7 ) Training Of Persons Indicated By The Ordering Party In The Operation And Maintenance Of Parking Meters, To The Extent Necessary To Perform The Current Technical Service Of Parking Meters And To The Extent Necessary To Make Repairs In The Event Of Removing Failures And Faults Of Parking Meters. Persons Who Have Completed Such Training Will Be Entitled To Independently Repair Failures Or Faults Of Parking Meters Under The Same Conditions As Repairs Performed By The Contractor, And In Particular Repairs Performed By Persons Trained By The Contractor Will Not In Any Way Violate The Terms Of The Warranty For Defects Or The Warranty Provided By The Contractor The Delivered Parking Meters Should Take Into Account The Requirements Of Accessibility For Disabled People In Accordance With Art. 100 Of The Public Procurement Law And The Provisions Of The Act Of 19 July 2019 On Ensuring Accessibility To Persons With Special Needs (Journal Of Laws Of 2020, Item 1062, As Amended).
