Tenders Are Invited For Delivery Of A Splinter Suit For The Needs Of The Mazury Air Border Crossing

1. The Subject Of The Contract Includes The Sale And Delivery Of A Splinter Suit, Hereinafter Referred To As The Suit, The Detailed Description Of Which Is Included In Annex 2 To The Specification Of The Terms Of The Contract, Hereinafter Referred To As Swz.2. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Contained In Annex 2 To The Swz Contains The Minimum Requirements For The Suit Covered By The Subject Of The Contract, Which Means That The Contractor May Offer A Suit With Better Technical Or Functional Parameters.3. The Contractor Shall Deliver The Overalls To The Mazury Airport Border Crossing Located On The Premises Of The Olsztyn-Mazury Airport, 12-100 Szymany, At The Place Of Its Use Indicated By The Ordering Party.4. The Overalls Will Be Delivered On The Ordering Partys Working Days, By The Contractors Own Efforts And At The Contractors Expense. 5. The Delivered Suit Must Be Brand New, Free From Design, Material, Workmanship And Legal Defects, Technically Efficient, Manufactured Not Earlier Than In 2023, Approved For Trading And Use, In Accordance With The Requirements Set Out In Swz.6. The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide Instructions On The Use Of The Supplied Coverall For Up To 5 Operators Designated By The Ordering Party. As Part Of The Training, The Contractor Will Provide The Necessary Materials And Competent People To Carry It Out. 7. Whenever The Contracting Authority Refers To Standards, European Technical Assessments, Approvals, Technical Specifications And Technical Reference Systems In The Swz, Solutions Equivalent To Those Described Are Acceptable.8. The Contractor Is Obliged To Perform The Contract In Accordance With The Principles Of Modern Knowledge, Applicable Regulations And With Respect For The Principles Of Occupational Health And Safety.
