Payments Less Than 2,000 Usd Shall Be Made In Us Dollars In A Bank Approved By The Country Of The Contracting Authority Or By Cash Under The Hotel Name. Payments More Than 2,000 Usd Shall Be Made In Us Dollars Through Bank Transfer To A Bank Approved By The Country Of The Contracting Authority In Such Cases The Payment Will Be Done By Bank Transfer Or Cheque Under The Hotel Name Only. The Means Of Payment Will Be Mentioned Clearly In The Contract. Tdh Will Not Bare Any Fees, Deduction, Tax, Etc. That Is Imposed By The Supplier Bank Or The Iraqi Government.
