Contractors Submitting Tenders Are Obliged To Familiarize Themselves With The Relevant Laws, Acts And Regulations In Force In Poland, Which May In Any Way Affect Or Refer To Actions Taken In Connection With The Order And Following The Signing Of The Contract. 8. Required By The Ordering Party Min. Warranty Period - 36 Months. The Offer Of The Contractor Who Proposes A Guarantee Period Shorter Than 36 Months Will Be Rejected As Inconsistent With Swz.9. All Materials, Including Waste Generated As A Result Of Construction Works Under The Contract, Must Be Managed (Reused, Processed, Neutralized Or Stored) In Accordance With Applicable Regulations, Including Environmental Protection Regulations (In An Environmentally Friendly Manner).
