The Subject Of The Contract Is A Change In The Use Of Part Of The Premises Of The Former School For Residential Purposes, As A Result Of Which A Multi-Family Residential Building Will Be Erected At The Address: Ul. Jana Nowaka - Jeziorańskiego 53, 25-432 Kielce, Plot No. 869/10, 869/33 Precinct: 0007, Reg. Unit: 266101_1 City Of Kielce In Accordance With The Design Documentation And The Diagram Of Work Stages Contained In The Documentation, Bill Of Quantities And Specification Technical Execution And Acceptance Of Works. After The Reconstruction, It Will Be A Multi-Family Residential Building. The Project Consists In The Reconstruction Of The Existing Building Of The Former School With The Change Of Use For Residential Premises. The Existing Building Built On A Rectangular Plan, Three-Storey, With A Basement. It Is Designed To Preserve The Existing Simple Shape And The Basic Dimensions Of The Building. 21 Apartments Are Designed On 3 Above-Ground Floors - 7 Apartments On Each Floor, With Associated Loggias Built Into The Body Of The Building. Storage Rooms As Well As Technical And Utility Rooms Have Been Designed In The Basement Of The Building. Construction Works: Making A Grid Of Steel Sections In Order To Make Openings In The Ceiling And As A Support For The Existing Walls, Making A Reinforced Concrete Staircase With An Elevator Shaft, Plugging And Bricking Up Openings In The Basement And Ceiling, Making New Window And Door Openings In Prefabricated Wall Elements, Lintels In Structural Walls, Execution Of Balconies, Roofing Slabs, Partition Walls C). Internal Central Heating, Water And Sewage Systems As Well As External Sanitary And Rainwater Sewage Systems. The Building Has A Central Heating System. And Wod-Kan.
