1. The Subject Of The Contract Are Construction Works In The Belt Of The Poviat Road No. 3573Z Under The Name Reconstruction Of The Poviat Road No. 3573Z Żydowo-Bobięcino. The Contract Includes The Reconstruction Of A 3,110 Km Long Road, Including The Reconstruction Of Exits. 2. The Scope Of Works Includes: 1) Preparatory Works: A) Clearing Stumps With Removal And Filling In Pits. B) Removing The Layer Of Plant Soil And Moving It To The Heap. 2) Demolition Works: A) Demolition Of The Existing Exits With Segregation Of Materials. B) Disassembly Of Edges And Curbs With Footings. C) Leveling The Edges Of The Bitumen Roadway. D) Removal Of Materials From Demolition To The Disposal Site, 3) Installation Of Curbs, Resistors And A Concrete Footing With Resistance 4) Widening Of The Roadway By Laying New Structural Layers And Laying New Bituminous Layers Over The Entire Width Of The Roadway 5) Execution Of Sidewalks And Exits. Execution Of The Roadbed For The Construction Of The Surface With Excavated Material Removal: A) Execution Of The Construction Of The Surface Of The Descents - 8 Cm Thick Wearing Course Made Of Red Concrete Cubes - 3 Cm Thick Cement-Sand Bedding - 15 Cm Thick Foundation Made Of 0/63 Mm Broken Aggregate - Stabilization Of The Subgrade With Cement To A Depth Of 15 Cm Rm =2.5Mpab) Execution Of The Structure Of The Hardened Shoulder Surface - 8Cm-Thick Wearing Course Made Of Gray Concrete Cubes - 3Cm-Thick Cement-Sand Bedding - 15Cm-Thick Foundation Made Of 0/63Mm Broken Aggregate - Stabilization Of The Subgrade With Cement To A Depth Of 15Cm Rm = 2.5Mpa6) Execution Of Vertical Markings 7) Cleaning Of The Existing Ditches From Mud, Clearing And Repair Of Culverts Under The Road 3. The Detailed Scope Of Works Is Specified In The Bill Of Quantities, Design Documentation And Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works Constituting Annexes 8, 9 And 10 To This Specification, Respectively.4 . The Works Will Be Carried Out In Accordance With The Temporary Traffic Organization Plan Developed By The Contractor. The Project Should Include The Required Arrangements With Interested Parties. The Costs Of Developing The Project Are Borne By The Contractor.5. In Addition, The Conditions For The Performance Of The Subject Of The Contract Are Specified In The Contract Template, Which Is Appendix 4 To This Specification.6. Contractors Are Expected To Carefully Read The Documentation Of The Subject Of The Contract And To Obtain All Information That May Be Necessary To Prepare The Offer.7. Construction Works Must Be Performed In Accordance With Applicable Standards And Technical Conditions For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works. 8. The Selected Contractor Will Be Responsible For The Correct And Timely Execution Of The Subject Of The Order, For The Compliance Of The Executed Item With The Provisions Of Law, Technical And Quality Conditions Specified For The Subject Of The Order. 9. The Contractor Is Obliged To Perform The Works Constituting The Subject Of This Order Only From Materials And Devices Admitted To The Market And Common Or Individual Use In Construction, Covered By The Certificate (Ce Or B Mark), Technical Approval And Relevant Technical Regulations In Accordance With The Act Of July 7, 1994 R. – Construction Law (Journal Of Laws Of 2023, Item 682, As Amended).10. All Materials, Manpower, Equipment, Devices, Etc. Necessary To Perform The Subject Of The Contract Shall Be Provided/Provided By The Contractor.11.
