1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Demolition And Translocation Of A Wooden Architecture Object (Object) Located On The Plot With Registration Number 32/2, Precinct 8, Registration Unit Krowodrza In Krakow (Primary Location). The Object Is Entered Into The Municipal Register Of Monuments Under No. 4273.2. The Place Of Translocation, Construction And Assembly Of The Facility Is The Plot With The Registration Number No. 316/5, Precinct 36, Registration Unit Nowa Huta, Located At Genera a Micha a Karaszewicza-Tokarzewskiego And Tatarakowa Streets, In Krakow, On Which The Educational Park Branice The Location Of The Facility At The Destination Has Been Indicated On The Map (Appendix No. 2 To The Functional And Utility Program; Fup) As Approximate Location For The Facilitys Translocation. 3. The Order Is Implemented In The Design And Build Mode. 4. The Subject Of The Contract Was Divided Into 3 Stages: 1) Stage I - Preparation Of Comprehensive Design Documentation Along With Obtaining All Required Arrangements, Decisions, Conditions And Permits, Final Administrative Decisions, Enabling The Execution And/Or Continuation Of Works (Including Building Permits, Demolition, Translocation, Notification Of Works). Transfer Of Proprietary Copyrights To The Ordering Party To The Documentation Produced During The Term Of The Agreement. 2) Stage Ii - Construction And Conservation Works - Demolition, Translocation (Including Roofing For The Elements Stored According To Markings), Maintenance, Construction And Assembly. 3) Stage Iii - As-Built Documentation. Transfer Of Copyright And Property Rights To The Documentation Created In Stage Ii. Obtaining An Occupancy Permit.5. The Detailed Scope And Description Of The Required Activities For Individual Parts Of The Order Are Included In Annex 2 To The Swz, I.E. In The Fup.
