This Procurement Is Intended To Be Run In Two Phases: 1. Non-Priced Submissions To Identify A Shortlist Of A Minimum Of 2, But No More Than 3 Suitable Contractors (This Initial Rfp) 2. The Shortlist Will Then Be Invited To Table A Priced Submission (And Programme). Any Parties That Are Not Successfully Shortlisted In The First Stage Will Be Notified Immediately After The Panel Has Made Its Decision On The Successful Shortlist.
