Public Service Delegation Contract For The Operation Of The Z nith. The Z nith Consists Of An 8,265 Square Meter Building (7,575 Seats) And 35,463 Square Meters Of Land. In 2019: 258,495 Spectators And 81 Performances. The Delegate Will Be Responsible For: Programming The Shows And Hosting Cultural, Associative, Sporting, Economic And Professional Events In Compliance With The Specifications Of The National Center For Music, The Development And Promotion Of The Z nith To Users, The Upkeep, Maintenance And Renewal Of The Site In The Conditions Provided For In The Contract. The Remuneration Of The Delegatee Will Be Made Up Of The Remuneration Collected From Users. The Fee Schedule Will Be Approved By The Metropolis. The Delegatee Will Pay Each Year To The Metropolis A Fee Composed Of A Fixed Part And A Variable Part, The Calculation Methods Of Which Will Be Fixed In The Contract. The Metropolis Will Be Interested In The Results Of The Operation In Addition To The Royalty
