Subject To The Decision Of The Deliberative Assembly Of Each Organizing Authority On The Mode Of Management, Operators Are Informed That The Following Regional Rail Transport Public Service Contract Will Be Awarded After A Call For Competition, In Accordance With The Texts In Force On The Date Of The Launch Of The Procedure. Provisionally, The Procedure Will Relate To The Operation Of The Regional Rail Transport Lines Of Passengers Included In The Etoile Mancelle Lot, Mainly Located In The Territories Of The Pays De La Loire And Normandy, Around The City Of Le Mans. The Services Concerned Are: All Services Having Their Origin And Their Terminus Destination Between Alen on And Ch teauduloir, In Particular: Alen on Ch teauduloir Via Le Mans; The Following Other Services On The Caen Le Mans Tours Axis: Caen Tours Via Le Mans, Caen-Le Mans, Caen Alencon; All Services Having Their Origin And Their Terminus Destination Between Laval And Nogent-Lerotrou, In Particular: Laval Nogent Le Rotrou Via Le Mans, Laval Le Mans; All Services Having Their Origin And Their Terminus Destination Between Le Mans And Angers, In Particular: Le Mans Sabl sursarthe, Le Mans Angers. These Rail Transport Services Represent A Volume Of Nearly 2.8 Million Train-Kilometres Achieved In 2022, And Potentially Up To 5.5 To 6 Million Train-Kilometres Targeted By 2035. The Contractor Will Also Potentially Be Entrusted With Acquisition Missions For All Or Part Of The Equipment As Well As The Construction, During The Pre-Operation Period, Of A Maintenance And Storage Site Dedicated.
