The Government Of The Republic Of Angola (Goa) Has Received Financing From The International Bank Of Reconstruction And Development (Ibrd) And French Agency Of Development (Afd) Towards The Cost Of The Second Water Sector Institutional Development Project (Wsidp-2) And Intends To Apply Part Of The Proceeds Toward Payments Under The Contract For Procurement Of 11 Faecal Sludge Equipment. Constituted Into Two Lots. The First Are 5- Three-Wheel Motorized Vacuum (Tri-Cycle) With Capacity Of 500 Liters Equipped With Tanks, Pumps And Suction Hoses. The Second Consists Of 6 Vacuum Trucks With Tanks With A Capacity Of 10,000 Litres, Also Equipped With Pumps And Suction Hoses. 2. The Financial And Contract Management Unit (Fcmu Wb/Afd) Of The Ministry Of Energy And Water (Minea) Now Invites Sealed Bids From Eligible Bidders For Supply Of 11 Faecal Sludge Equipment, 5- Three-Wheel Motorized Vacuum (Tri-Cycle ) With Capacity Of 500 Liters -Lot 1 And 6 Vacuum Trucks With Tanks With A Capacity Of 10 000 Liters Lot 2, To Water And Sanitations Utilities/Institutions In The Following Cities: Malanje And Uige. 3. Bidding Will Be Conducted Through National Competitive Procurement Using A Request For Bids (Rfb) As Specified In The World Banks Procurement Regulations For Ipf Borrowers July 2016, Revised November 2017, (Procurement Regulations), And Is Open To All Eligible Bidders As Defined In The Procurement Regulations. 4.
