Expression Of Interest Are Invited For Consultancy Service For The Preparation Of A Strategy To Develop Sustainable Sanitation Services Chain For Operation And Management In Benguela, Baia Farta Lobito And, Catumbela (Ta1) Co3-Ctis-1/22. The Main Objective Of The Service (Phase I -Lump Sum) Is To Develop Strategy To Have A Sustainable Faecal Sludge Chain-Supply System In Benguela, Baía Farta, Lobito And Catumbela Towns By Involving Local Community Through Micro And Small Enterprises By Developing Practical Business Model. In Line With This, The Assignment Also Requires Review Of Municipal Regulations, Design A Municipal Strategy For Each Town To Involve Local Community, Carrying Out Assessment On Affordability And Willingness To Pay And Recommendation For Tariff Development. In Phase Ii Of The Service, The Assignment Envisages To Provide Advisory Service To The Employer During Implementation Of The Strategy By Conducting Monitoring And Evaluation, Policy Briefing And Collecting And Compiling Lessons Learned To Scale Up The Activities Of Fsm In The Country.
