The Scope Of Works Includes: Part I - Replacement Of The Roof And Thermal Modernization Of The Building: 1) Removal Of The Roofing Made Of Asbestos-Cement Boards. 2) Removal Or Dismantling Of Gutters, Downpipes And Flashings Present And Belonging To The Roof Slope 3) Marking Out The Roofing Planes And Attaching The Counter Battens, Vapor-Permeable Foil And Battens, 4) Laying A New Roofing With The Necessary Flashings, 5) Insulating External Walls Using The Light Wet Method According To The Instructions6) Insulating The Attic Ceiling 7) Insulating The Ceiling With A Wooden Structure 8) Insulating The Ceiling With Reinforced Concrete Structure9) Insulation Of Basement Walls10) Loggias And Balconies11) Other Elements Related To Insulation Of External Wallsa) Windowsb) Drops Under Windows, Cornices And Capsc) Wells At Basement Windows And Grillesd) Gutters And Downpipespart Ii Division Of Rooms Into Residential Premises:1) Division Of Basements In Accordance With The Design, 2) Division Of Premises In Accordance With The Design, - Making New Divisions Requires Partial Demolition Of The Existing Partition Walls, New Divisions Should Be Made Using Light Walls Covered On Both Sides With Plasterboards, Thickness. 12.5 Mm, - Soundproof All New Walls With Semi-Hard Mineral Wool Boards Over The Entire Thickness Of The Walls, - Existing Brick Walls With A Thickness Of 0.5 Bricks (12.0 Cm) Being The Boundary Walls Between The Premises Should Be Thickened By Covering With Gypsum Boards Of Thickness 12.5 Mm On A Steel Frame. Part Iii Installations: 1) Electrical, Teletechnical: - Power Supply Of The Facility, Fire Protection Switch Pwp From The Existing Connector, Cable Line 4 X Yky 0.6/1Kv 1X150mm2 To The Zk-Pwp Cable Connector With Fire Protection Power Switch. Lay The Cable Along Its Entire Length In A Protective Pipe. In The Connector, The Pen Conductor Should Be Separated Into N And Pe And The Pen Bus Should Be Earthed. From The Zk-Pwp Connector, Run A Cable Line 5 X Yky 0.6/1Kv 1X150mm2 To The Tg+Ta+Tl+Tt Switchgear. Lay The Cable In The Cable Tray. Main Switchboard. The Main Switchboard Of The Building Should Be Installed In The Basement. The Following Parts Have Been Separated In The Main Switchgear: Power Supply Part Tg Together With The Administration Part Of The Ta Building, Outgoing Part With Metering Boards Containing The Tl Protections For Individual Apartments Tl And Part Of The Tt Telecommunication Equipment. Cable Duct (In The Staircase I Duct Up To The Roof Height). The Dug-Out Cable Duct Should Be Subjected To Construction Treatment, From The Side Of The Staircase, Cover It With Plasterboards. Install New Inspection Doors In The Recesses. Cable Ladder D300h45 Should Be Installed In The Duct. Cable Trays, Wlz. From The Main Switchboard To Individual Residential Premises, Lay The Internal Power Lines Of The Wlz. In The Basement, On Horizontal Sections, Cables Should Be Laid In Perforated Steel Cable Trays With Covers Suspended To The Ceiling With The Use Of System Supporting Structures. In Staircases, Cables Should Be Laid In Separate Vertical Installation Shafts On Cable Ladders. Administration Installations General Lighting Installations Should Be Installed In The Building. Install Ceiling Luminaires With A Led Light Source Equipped With A Time Switch With A Motion And Twilight Sensor. Mount The Led Outdoor Lighting Luminaire On The Boom Mounted To The Wall Of The Building At A Height Of 6M. Entrance Lighting To The Building, External Luminaire And The Police Number Luminaire Controlled By An Astronomical Clock. Electrical Installation In Residential Premises The Lighting And Plug Socket Installation Will Cover Only Modernized Rooms. In The Premises Not Covered By The Modernization, The Scope Of Works Will End With The Connection Of The New Wlz Cable To The Existing Residential Switchgear. The Recommended Installation Height Of Plug Sockets Is 0.20÷0.30M Or 1.15M And Connectors Are 1.2÷1.3M From The Floor, Depending On The Intended Use Of The Room. Double Socket Outlets Equipped With A Protective Contact. In The Place Where The Kitchen Is Installed, At A Height Of 0.4 M Above The Floor, Install A Flush-Mounted Box Equipped With A Branch Ring. Connect 400Vac To The Box. Electrotechnical Equipment, Depending On The Place Of Installation, Should Be Used With A Minimum Degree Of Protection: Ip 44 - In Bathrooms, Ip 20 - In Other Rooms. In Bathrooms, Mechanical Ventilation Powered From The Lighting Circuit In The Kitchen From The Socket Line. Installations Should Be Made As Flush-Mounted Without A Box. All Connections Should Be Made In Deepened End Boxes Intended For Installation Of Equipment. Lighting Outlets Terminated With Lighting Quick Connectors. Installation In Tenants Storage Rooms Plug-In Sockets And Lighting Should Be Installed In The Storage Rooms. Double Socket Outlets. Channel Type Luminaires With Led Light Source. Installations In Cells Switched To The Counter Of A Given Tenant. Installation Carried Out On Plaster In Electrical Installation Pipes. Earthing And Lightning Protection System. The Steel Roof Slope Will Be Used As The Lightning Protection System. Metal Elements Located Above The Roof Surface Should Be Connected To Air Terminals With Dfe/Zn 10 Steel Wire. Air Terminals Made With Dfe/Zn 10 Wire Should Be Placed In A Rigid Grounding Pipe Of The Rso Type On The Plaster Under The Thermal Insulation Layer Of The Building. Connect The Air-Termination Rods To The Existing Ring Earthing Of The Building Through The Control Clamps Mounted In The Elevation Lightning Boxes At A Height Of 1.2-1.5 M. The Grounding Installation Should Meet The Grounding Conditions With A Resistance Of Not More Than 30Ω. If It Is Impossible To Obtain The Required Resistance, The Ring Earth Electrode Should Be Supplemented With A Pin Earth Electrode. Radio, Terrestrial And Satellite Tv Installations. Full-Range Fm-Dab Radio Signal, Dvb-T Terrestrial Tv And Satellite Signal From The Hotbird Satellite Should Be Provided To Each Apartment. A Set Of Receiving Antennas (Radio, Dvbt, Satellite Min ?120) Should Be Mounted On The Roof Of The Building To The Ventilation Chimney. The Signal From The Antennas Should Be Led To The Distribution Devices (Amplifier And Multiswitch) Installed In The Tt And Rtv Switchgear. Then Lead The Signal To Each Apartment. In Apartments Covered By The Modernization, The Signal Cable Should Be Terminated With The R-Tv-Sat Final Tv Socket. Concealed Installation, Cable Laid In Corrugated Protective Pipes. In Apartments Not Covered By The Modernization, After Prior Consultation With The User, Lead The Cable To The Apartment And Leave It With A Reserve. After Completing The Installation, Complete Cable Attenuation Measurements Should Be Performed And Measurement Reports Should Be Prepared. Intercom Installationdigital Devices. At Each Entrance To The Building, Install External Speaking Cassettes, Equipped With: A Keyboard, A Display And An Rfid Chip Reader. Call Cassettes Mounted At A Height Of 110-120 Cm. Install An Electromagnetic Lock In The Entrance Door. In Residential Premises At A Height Of 110-120 Cm, Digital Telephones Should Be Installed. Cables In Apartments And In The Staircase To The Cable Shaft Should Be Laid Under The Plaster In Corrugated Pipes. In Cable Shafts, Patch Boxes Should Be Installed On Each Floor. In The Stairwells, The Cables Should Be Routed In The Cable Shaft. The Intercom System In The Building Should Be Wired With A Cable Type F/Utp 4X2x0.5Mm2 Cat. 5E. 3 Rfid Key Fobs Should Be Assigned To Each Apartment. Fiber Optic Installation The Modernized Residential Building Has A Fiber Optic Installation Connection. All Work Must Be Carried Out In Consultation With Its Owner. The External Signal Should Be Led To The Tt Teletechnical Switchgear To The Fo Part And Move The Existing Fiber Patch Cord. Fiber Optic Cable Should Be Laid To Each Of The Residential Units. In The Basement, Cables Should Be Laid In Cable Trays And Further - In Staircases In Separate Vertical Cable Shafts. In The Staircase To The Apartment, Cables Should Be Laid Under The Plaster In Corrugated Pipes. In Non-Modernized Premises, The Fiber Optic Cable Should Be Terminated At The Subscriber Box, And In The Modernized Premises At The Subscriber Box In The Ttm Telecommunication Switchgear. Quantities Of The Bill Of Quantities, As Well As Lists Of Materials, Are Approximate And May Differ From The Actual Quantities, Depending On The Material Solutions Used And The Adopted Technologies For The Execution Of Works. 2) Central Heating And Water And Sewage Installation: - Disassembly Of The Installation, - Reconstruction Of The Installation, - Internal Water And Sewage Installation, - Central Heating Installation, 2. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Includes: Description Of The Subject Of The Order - Technical Documentation, I.E. Construction Designs, Bid Cost Estimates, Stwiorb Constituting Annex No. 1 To The Swz. A Detailed List Of The Contractors Obligations Has Been Specified In The Draft Provisions Of The Contract, Constituting Appendix No. 7 To The Siwz. 3. The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Used In The Specification Or In Its Attachments By Indicating Trademarks, Patents Or Origin, Source Or Specific Process That Characterizes The Products Or Services Provided By A Specific Contractor Is Intended To Specify The Subject Of The Contract, They Should Be Understood As Exemplary And Considered Together With The Word Or Equivalent, Provided That They Guarantee Obtaining Technical Parameters Not Worse Than Those Assumed In The Above-Mentioned Documents.4.
