The Subject Of The Contract Covers Two Tasks, I.E. Modernization Of The Water Treatment Plant In Klonów And Zalezianka. Water Intake In Klonów - Renovation Of Well No. 2 (Emergency) In The Area Of ​​The Water Supply Station Is Planned. It Is Planned To Replace The Equipment In Both The Main And Emergency Wells. The Wells Will Be Equipped With New Economical Pump Units With A Capacity Of About 8 M3/H. Each And The Lifting Height Adapted To The Water Level In The Well. Raw Water Will Be Pumped To The Water Treatment Line To The Water Treatment Plant. As Part Of The Task, A Complete Water Treatment Plant In Modular Technology And Container Construction Should Be Delivered. The Station Should Have A Filtration System Capacity Of About 8 M3/H And Have All The Required Technological Equipment, Including: Aeration System, Two-Stage Filtration System, Filter Rinsing System, Chemical Disinfection System, Network Pumping Station, Control System, Air Drying And Heating Installations. Washing Water Will Be Discharged To The Existing Sedimentation Tank And Further To The Watercourse Flowing Through The Plot. Water Treated After The Filters Will Flow To A Two-Chamber Water Storage Tank With A Capacity Of At Least 2X25m3. In The Event Of Its Emergency Disinfection, A Chlorine Plant Will Be Installed At The Station, From Which Disinfectant Will Be Introduced Into The Delivery Pipeline. Modernization Of The Station Will Require Adapting The Area To New Needs. Surveillance Lighting In The Vicinity Of The Water Storage Tank Must Be Reconstructed To Free Up Space For Building The Tank. Other External Lighting Should Be Replaced With New Ones. New Access Roads Should Be Provided To Facilitate The Operation Of The Station. The Estimated Total Area Is About 200 M2 - Crushed Stone. Replacement Of The Fence Around The Station With 2 Gates And 2 Wickets, Approximately 300 M Long. Tidying Up The Station Area With A Total Area Of ​​Approximately 3,000 M2. The Station Will Be Equipped With A Connection To A Mobile Power Generator With A Power Adapted To The Designed Devices. Water Intake In Zalezianka - Well No. 2 (Emergency) Will Be Drilled In The Vicinity Of The Main Well, Plot No. 95 Precinct 0013 Zalezianka With A Depth Of Ca50 M. It Is Planned To Construct An Above-Ground Container Well Casing (E.G. Lange Type) Together With The Well Head, Pipe Fitter And Fittings, Which Will Consist Of An Elbow Well Water Meter Dn 65-80, Flange Check Valve Dn 80 Wedge Gate Valve Dn80, Pressure Gauge Depression Pipe With A Valve For Water Sampling. The Main And Emergency Wells Will Be Equipped With Economical Pump Units With A Capacity Of Approximately 40 M3/H. Each And The Lifting Height Adapted To The Water Level In The Well. Raw Water Will Be Pumped To A Water Storage Tank With A Capacity Of 75 M3. - There Is A Chlorination Plant In The Suw Building, Which Requires Renovation. As Part Of The Renovation, A Chlorine Dioxide Generator Will Be Installed. Half-Hour Contact Of Water With Disinfectant Will Be Provided In A Water Storage Tank With A Capacity Of V = 75 M3. Turning On The Disinfectant Dosing Pump Will Take Place Simultaneously With Turning On The Submersible Pump. Chlorine Dioxide Will Be Pumped Into The Pipeline Supplying The Expansion Tanks, Where Water Will Be Disinfected. The Chlorination Room Has A Separate Entrance From The Outside. The Chlorination Room Must Have Both Mechanical And Gravitational Ventilation. Due To Significant Land Differences, The Water Supply Works In 3 Pressure Zones: • Gravity From The Reservoir For Zalezianka Dolna; • Second Pressure Zone After The Pump Set At The Suw Station; • Third Pressure Zone After The Network Pumping Station In Występa. Will Be Gravitational To The Town Of Zalezianka Dolna And Part Will Be Pumped By A Set Of 2Nd Stage Pumps. To Zalezianka Gorna And Wystawa. The Set Will Draw Water From The Clean Water Storage Tank. The Lifting Height Of The Set Is Up To About 50 M.S.W. (Calculated Losses 43.7 M.) At Efficiency Q Fire Protection = 7 L/S And Qgosp = > 2 L/S The Suw Building, After Modification, Will Require Disassembly Of 3 Hydrophore Tanks And The Existing Second-Stage Pjm Pumps From The Filter Hall. The Planned Set Of 2Nd Stage Pumps Will Be Installed In A Separate Room (Currently Unused) With A Smaller Area And Volume. The Current Pump Hall, After Modernization, Will Become A Warehouse For The Municipal Plant. The Electrical Switchgear With The Control Will Require Replacement And Adaptation To The New Needs. The Location Of The Electrical Switchboard Remains Unchanged In The Existing Room. Existing Water Storage Tanks Will Also Require Disassembly. A 15 Kwh Photovoltaic Installation Will Be Installed On The Roof Of The Suw Building. Water Storage Tank - Construction Of A New Water Storage Tank With A Capacity Of 75 M3. The Tank Will Perform The Following Functions: • Storage Of Drinking Water, The Required Capacity Of The Tank Is About 25 M3, • Fire Protection Of Water V = 50 M3, • Contact Tank For Water Disinfection With Hypochlorite . Water From The Equalization Tanks Will Flow To The Pump Set By Gravity And Will Be Raised To The Pressure Required For Operation By The System Of 2Nd Stage Pumps. The Pump Set Should Consist Of At Least 4 Pumps, Including One Emergency Pump. Capacity Of The Set Qe = 30 M3/H With A Head Of Hp = Up To 50 M. Other Accompanying Facilities - Inter-Unit Pipelines Serving The Designed Infrastructure Will Be Made On The Premises Of The Water Supply Station, Including: • Pressure Pipeline From The Well To The Building Of The Water Supply Station Dn160 Pe, L=12 .0 M, • Overflow From The Equalization Tank Dn 200 Pe, • Drain Of The Tank Dn 100 Pe, • Pipeline Supplying The 2Nd Degree Pumping Station From The Equalizing Tank Dn160pe, L=36.0 M, • Pipeline From The 2Nd Degree Pumping Station To The Network Dn160pe, L=3, 5 M, • Intake Pipeline To The Network - Gravitational Runoff Dn 160 Pe, • Installations In The Station Building. Development Of The Station Area - Modernization Of The Station Will Require Adapting The Area To New Needs. Network Water Pumping Station In Wystawa: There Is A Network Water Pumping Station In Wystawa, Supplying The Third Pressure Zone In Wystawa. The Pumping Station Has An Intermediate Draw-Off Tank With A Capacity Of V = 25 M3, Filled From The Suw Station, From Where Water Is Drawn By A Set Of Pumps Produced By Iinstal Compakt, Type Zh-Icl 4.10.40, Consisting Of Four Icl 10 Pumps With A Power Of 1.5 Kw Each. The Hydrophore Set Must Provide A Pressure Of About Hp = 42 M.W.W. With Flow Qe = 6.25 L/S. The Existing Set Has Too Low A Head Which Does Not Provide The Working Pressure In The Network. Currently, The Maximum Pressure Of The Pumps Is Only 37M Of Water. The Replaced Set Must Provide Pressure Up To 50M Of Water Column. Together With The Replacement Of The Pump Set, The Control System Of The Pump Set Should Be Replaced So That The Pumps Wear Evenly (Variable Primary Pump) And That The Pump Set Maintains The Required Pressure In The Network Above 40 M.S.W. Located On A Hill In The Town Of Wystawa Will Not Have Water With The Proper Pressure. Due To The Significant Height Differences In The Area Behind This Hill, There Is A Well With A Reducing Valve On The Network. Its Setting Should Be Corrected So That The Static Pressure Is No More Than 56 M.W.W. Behind The Reducer.
