Concession Contract In The Form Of A Public Service Delegation For The Development And Operation Of The New Pontivy Intermunicipal Campsite. The Purpose Of This Consultation Is To Designate The Future Public Service Delegate For The Development And Operation Of The New Pontivy Intercommunal Campsite. This Procedure Is Passed Pursuant To The Public Procurement Code As Well As Pursuant To Articles L14111 Et Seq. And R14111 Et Seq. Of The Cgct. In Particular, The Procedure Will Be Carried Out In Compliance With The Rules Applicable To Contracts Relating To Article R31215 Of The Public Procurement Code. It Is Recalled That This Is A Two-Phase Procedure. The Perimeter Of The Concession (2 Ha) Includes: The Campsite (55 Pitches + 10 Motorhome Pitches) And Includes An Entertainment Room (With Kitchen Equipment). This Is A New Establishment (3.6 M Euro(S) Of Work) Replacing The Current Campsite (Le Douric 32 Pitches). Development Work Is Underway For An Opening To The Public Scheduled For 2025
