The City Of Lünen Intends To Build A New Fire Brigade Equipment House With An Attached Rescue Station For Fire Engine 3 Of The Horstmar Volunteer Fire Brigade, Consisting Of Two Vehicle Halls With One Or Three Parking Spaces, Office, Social And Training Rooms. The Building Is A Two-Storey New Building In Solid Construction With A Flat Roof, Without Basement, Planned In Scharnhorststraße. The Site Will Be Accessed Via Scharnhorststraße And An Der Kohlenbahn. It Is Recommended That The Bidder Find Out About The Location, In Particular The Access Route, On Site Before Submitting A Bid, So Subsequent Claims Are Excluded The Local Construction Management To Coordinate The Construction Site Equipment. The Following Regulations Must Be Taken Into Account And Included In The Calculation And The Execution Of The Work: 1. In Addition To Technical Criteria, Health Aspects Should Be Taken Into Account When Selecting The Paint. The Planned Work Must Therefore Be Carried Out In Such A Way That Health Impairments Are Avoided For Those Affected During The Execution And Subsequently In The Rooms Called. The Provider Is Obliged Before The Start Of Execution For All Intended Paint Product Descriptions And Safety Data Sheets, Recipes, Chem. Characterizations Of The Ingredients - Manufacturing Conditions - If Necessary, Expert Opinions And Emission Measurements (For Coatings) To Be Made Available Upon Request Of The Client. The Information Provided Will Only Be Used Internally By The Client And Will Be Treated Confidentially. In The Event Of An Order, The Provider Ensures Compliance With The Criteria Specified In The Tender Other Colour-Sensitive Structures, The Sharp Separation Of Coatings Of Different Colors Or Shades, Even If This Requires The Gluing Of Masking Tape. 3. Checking All Existing Substrates For Their Usability And Strength To Display. Particular Reference Is Made To Din 1961 Section 4 Paragraph 3. If There Are No Complaints, The Start Of Work Without Any Complaints Represents Acceptance Of The Substrate, Including Any Existing Primer. Only Proven Branded Paints May Be Used That Are To Be Delivered In Closed Original Containers. Only Environmentally Friendly Products Should Be Used Which, In Addition To The Requirements Of The Federal Environment Agency For Awarding The Blue Angel, Also Meet The Special Requirements Of The Customer. 5. Basically, The Following Requirements Must Be Observed :Wall And Ceiling Painting- When Painting Plasterboard Walls Or Ceilings, Water-Based Primers Must Be Used.- Silicate Paints Without Plastic Additives Must Be Used For Painting Silicate Substrates. Alternatively, Plasticizer-Free Synthetic Resin Dispersions Can Be Used. The Above-Mentioned Coating Systems Must Not Contain Any Organic Solvents, Biocides, Fungicides Or Other Preservatives Or Plastic Additives. In-Can Preservatives Should Always Be Avoided. In Principle, They Can Be Dispensed With If The Paint Is Stored For A Short Period Of Time. In The Case Of Larger Quantities Applied, It Should Be Agreed With The Manufacturer That Biocides Should Not Be Used. If No Preservative-Free Products Are Available, Products That Are Preserved By A Formaldehyde-Releasing Compound Are Tolerated. In This Case, The Exposure To Formaldehyde Can Be Accepted, Since The Basic Exposure To Formaldehyde Is Only Slightly Increased As A Result. However, If Other Sources Of Formaldehyde Are Introduced During Construction, This Should Only Be Done After Prior Agreement With The Client. Isothiazolinones As In-Can Preservatives Should Be Ruled Out Due To Their Allergenic Effect. Non-Moving Wooden Parts, Only Acrylate-Based Water-Based Paints With A Solvent Content Of Max. 5% Should Be Used. The Reduction Of The Residual Monomer Content (De-Monomerization) Must Be Proven By The Manufacturer. Only Aliphatic Alcohols (E.G. Propanol, Butanol) Are Permitted As Organic Solvent Additives. In Particular, Halogen-Containing Or Aromatic Solvents Must Not Be Included. The Products Must Not Contain Any Pigments Containing Heavy Metals (Apart From Iron Oxide Pigments, Iron Silicates, Manganese Iron Oxide Pigments, Titanium Oxide, Zinc Oxide White And Other Clearly Low-Toxic Metal Compounds). The Pigments Used Must Be Given To The Builder In Full With Their Exact Chemical Declaration. - Plasticizers (E.G. Phthalates, Etc.) Must Not Be Used. - In-Can Preservatives Should Be Avoided As A Matter Of Principle. If No Preservatives-Free Alternatives Are Available Among The Products Available On The Market, Formaldehyde-Releasing Substances Are Permitted.- All Moveable Wooden Parts Should Have Been Coated At Least 1 Week Before Installation And In The Meantime Have Been Stored Unpacked At Around Room Temperature And With Good Ventilation.Coatings On Metal (Inside) - The Painting Of Movable Metal Parts And Metal Parts That Can Be Painted Before Installation Must Be Powder Coated. - For The Painting Of Built-In, Non-Moving Metal Parts, Only Acrylate-Based Water-Based Paints With A Solvent Content Of Max. 5% The Reduction Of The Residual Monomer Content (De-Monomerization) Must Be Verified By The Manufacturer. Only Lower Aliphatic Alcohols (E.G. Propanol, Butanol) Are Permitted As Organic Solvent Additives. In Particular, Halogen-Containing Or Aromatic Solvents Must Not Be Included. Must Not Be Used.- In-Can Preservatives Should Be Avoided As A Matter Of Principle. If There Are No Preservatives-Free Alternatives Available On The Market, Formaldehyde-Releasing Substances Are Permitted.Requirements For The Execution- The Substrate Must Be Checked Before Starting Work To Ensure The Suitability Of The Intended Materials.- When Pre-Treating Old Paint Layers, No Solvent-Based Paints May Be Used Products Are Used. The Pre-Treatment May Only Be Mechanical (Brushing, Grinding). If Mechanical Pre-Treatment Is Not Sufficient, Treatment With A Hot Air Gun Can Be Carried Out In Consultation With The Site Management. Thinners, Strippers, Brush Cleaners, Etc. May Only Be Used Outside The Rooms (E.G. Cleaning Of The Devices).- The Rooms Must Be Well Ventilated (Windows Open) While The Paint Is Being Applied Until The Paint Has Completely Hardened. Are Ancillary Services And Are Part Of The Required Service Of The Individual Items In The Specifications, So That This Work Is Not Specifically Mentioned And Remunerated.7. Covering The Ceramic Floor Coverings, Plastic Floors, Carpet Coverings And Natural Stone Coverings As Well As Protective Covers For Components That Cannot Be Processed Such As Windows, Doors, Exposed Concrete Surfaces, Shadow Joint Profiles On The Ceilings Etc.
