1. The Subject Of This Contract Is The Modernization Of Bathrooms For The Needs Of The Disabled In The Building At Ul. Oczapowskiego 5 University Of Warmia And Mazury In Olsztyn.2. The Detailed Specification Of The Subject Of The Order Is Contained In Annexes 1 And 1A To The Swz - Description Of The Subject Of The Order And The Bill Of Quantities.3. The Ordering Party Allows The Submission Of Equivalent Tenders In Accordance With Art. 99 Sec. 5 And Art. 101 Sec. 4 Of The Public Procurement Law, However, The Requirements And Technical Parameters Provided By The Contracting Authority, As Well As The Standards Specifying The Subject Of The Contract, Are The Minimum Conditions That The Contracting Authority Expects To Meet. The Contractor Who Refers To Equivalent Solutions Is Obliged To Prove That The Solution He Offers Meets The Requirements Specified By The Employer.
