1. The Subject Of The Contract Is The Construction By The Contractor Of A Photovoltaic Installation Integrated With Roofs On The Buildings Of Eko-Region Sp. Z O.O. Julków Municipal Installation, 96-116 Julków No. 2/2; 2/3; 2/4; 3/1; 4/3; 9/4; 9/2 Julków, Precinct Żelazna, Commune Skierniewice. As Part Of The Subject Of The Contract, The Contractor Is Obliged To Deliver, Assemble And Commission 951 Photovoltaic Panels On The Roofs Of Existing Facilities And Perform Related Installations And Equipment, Networks, Power Control And Measurement System, Automation And Control System, As Well As Other Works And Infrastructure Necessary For The Proper Performance And Functioning Of The Subject Of The Contract.2. The Subject Of The Contract Also Includes The Delivery By The Contractor Of Spare Photovoltaic Panels In The Amount Of 10 Pcs., Mounting Brackets With A Set Of Mounting Screws And A Set Of Cable Connectors Along With Any Other Necessary Equipment Enabling Their Assembly And Commissioning.3.
