This Includes Developed And Detailed Design, Statutory Planning Approvals, Support And Input Into Land Acquisition, Communication And Stakeholder Engagement, Sustainability Rating Activities, Cost Estimating, Contract Documentation And Construction Drawings For Pw Procurement, Surveillance And Quality Assurance (Sqa) Services, And Delivery Of The Identified Delivery Improvement Objectives. The Sh22 Urbanisation Project Works Consist Of: Road Widening To Four Lanes, Cycle And Pedestrian Facilities Throughout The Corridor, Two New Signalised Intersections, Modification To Intersections, A New Bridge To Replace The Existing Ngkroa Stream Bridge, Utility Mains Relocation, Stormwater Management And Wetland Construction. This Project Is Adjacent To The Proposed Ngaakooroa Railway Station (Drury West) Being Delivered By Kiwirail And Will Be Responsible For Providing The Only Access To The Rail Station And Associated Park And Ride Facilities. The Rail Station Is Scheduled To Be Operational In Late 2027. As Background, The Nzup South Auckland Package (Sap) Investment Consists Of Transport Network Improvements Including Road Safety Improvements, Urbanisation Measures, Public Transport Enhancements And Active Mode Development. The Sap Will Be Delivered As A Programme Of Works Consisting Of Several Individual Projects To Support And Achieve The Objectives.
