The Roadmap Was Developed By The Western Balkans Authorities With SeesacS Technical Support Under The Auspices Of France And Germany And In Consultation With The Eu And All Other Relevant Actors And Adopted In July 2018 At The London Summit. The Roadmap Is Complemented By Individual Action Plans That Are Developed By The Wb Jurisdictions With The Support Of Undp Seesac. The Aim Of The Project Is To Improve The Capacities Of The Police Directorate In Montenegro In The Entire Investigative Cycle And In Particular To Advance The Custody Chain In Order To Improve Investigations Of Crime Committed With Explosives. The Project Will Contribute To Achieving Goals Of The Salw Roadmap. The Project Aims To Ensure Standardization Of Procedures And Practices In The Area Of Fae (Firearms, Ammunition And Explosives) Investigations And Significantly Reduce Illicit Flows Of Explosives, Within And Beyond Western Balkans.
