The Upgrade Of The Road Would Enable Expansion Of Commercial Development In The Area By Providing A Road Suitable For Heavy Duty Vehicles And Ability To Connect To Upgraded Utilities. This Rft Relates To The Purchase Of Services From A Roading Contractor With The Ability To Provide Construction For The Upgrade Of Setters Line.
