The Selected Construction Consultant Must E.G. Tenders The Design And Construction And Demolition Contracts In The Name Of The Municipality Of Nakkila. The Selected Construction Consultant Is Comprehensively Responsible For The Implementation Of The Project In A Controlled Manner, From Implementation Planning To The Completion Of The Building, Including Tasks During The Warranty Period. The Chosen Developer Consultant Acts As The Clients Trustee, Responsible For The Management And Development Of The Site In Accordance With The Tender Documents. 2. Supervision Tasks Include Tasks Related To Supervision Regarding The Current (To Be Demolished) And Construction Buildings Located On The Construction Site. The Aim Of The Supervision Is To Supervise The Implementation According To Contract Contracts, Construction Quality, Work Safety, And Time And Financial Implementation At The Construction Site. The Goal Of Site Supervision Is Proactive Action To Monitor The Interest Of The Developer. The Progress Of The Construction Work Is Monitored, The Plans Made Are Followed And The Quality Of The Work Is Taken Care Of. The More Detailed Content Of The Request For Tender And The Functional And Qualitative Goals Of The Project Are Defined In This Request For Tender And Its Appendices. The Scope And Cost Goals Of The Project Have Been Determined By The Customer And Their Realization Is Monitored During The Planning Period.
