4.1. The Subject Of The Task Is The Preparation Of Complete Design And Cost Documentation Together With Obtaining The Necessary Arrangements, Approvals And Decisions, As Well As The Performance Of Construction Works Related To The Construction Of A New Emergency Deep Well And The Liquidation Of Well No. Investment. The Planned Location Of The Well On The Property In Question Has Been Indicated In The Graphic Attachment. The Contractor Is Obliged To Design And Execute The Subject Of The Investment In Accordance With The Functional And Utility Program, Taking Into Account The Planned Purpose And Function Of The Project. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Is Included In The Functional-Utility Program, Which Is Attached As Appendix 1 To The Specification Of The Terms Of Purchase.
