The Subject Of The Contract Is The Reconstruction And Change Of Use Of Part Of The Teaching Rooms Located On The First Floor In The Dormitory Building At The Complex Of Secondary Schools Of The Sports Championship. 1) The Scope Of Construction Works Includes: - Construction Of New Partition Walls Made Of Aerated Concrete Blocks Separating New Living Rooms, - Punching Holes In Load-Bearing Walls With Lintels, - Replacement Of Existing And Installation Of New Internal Doors, - Renovation Of Floors In Selected Rooms With Replacement For Glued Pvc Flooring, - Plastering On New Partition Walls, - Painting Works In Selected Rooms, Including Surface Preparation And Local Plaster Repair. 2) The Scope Of Installation Works Related To Fire Safety Includes: Isp Fire Signaling System With Internal Acoustic And Voice Sirens Attached To The Csp, - Installation In A Separate Fire Zone (First Floor) Of Emergency Evacuation Lighting With 100% Increased Intensity Compared To The Requirements Of Applicable Regulations And Standards, - Installation Of Smoke-Tight Seals At The Doors Of The Separated Rooms Fire Zone (First Floor) Leading To General Communication Routes (Except Hygiene And Sanitary), - Execution And Connection Of The Electrical System And Replacement Of Part Of The Lighting, - Replacement Of The Hydrant System And Hydrants From The Basement Level To The Third Floor. 3) A Detailed Description And Scope Of The Subject Of The Contract Can Be Found In The Following Documents, Which Are An Integral Part Of The Swz, Taking Into Account The Widest Scope Of Works Included In Any Of These Documents: Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works - Constituting Appendix No. 6 To The Swz, C) Bill Of Quantities - Constituting Appendix No. 7 To The Swz, D) Building Permit - Constituting Appendix No. 8 To The Swz, E) Draft Provisions Of The Contract - Constituting Appendix No. 9 To The Swz Swz. Comments: Due To The Earlier Implementation Of Part Of The Works, The Employer Introduces Changes To The Following Elements Of The Scope Of Works Specified In The Construction Design: - Partition Walls - 192 M2 Was Designed - 28.952 M2 Should Be Assumed For Valuation, - New Interior Plaster - 384 M2 Was Designed - 57.904 M2 Should Be Assumed For The Valuation, - Internal Doors - New Openings - 12 Pcs. - 2 Pcs. Should Be Accepted For The Valuation, - Factory-Finished Internal Panel Doors 90 With Door Frames - 19 Pcs. - Designed 18 Pcs. - 18 Should Be Accepted For The Valuation .,- Renovation Of Floors With Replacement Of Glued Pvc Flooring Should Be Carried Out In Rooms On The First Floor Marked In The Design No. 4, 5, 6, In Accordance With The Scope Included In The Bill Of Quantities In Items No. 12 To No. 20, - Double Painting Of Walls And Ceilings Emulsion Paints With The Preparation Of The Substrate Should Be Made In Rooms On The First Floor Marked In The Design No. 4, 5, 6 And 31, 32, 33 (Corridor), - In Residential Rooms (No. 4, 5, 6) Should Be Led Flush-Mounted From The Existing Installation New Wires With The Installation Of Switches And Sockets, - The Valuation Should Include The Delivery And Installation Of Fire Protection Equipment. (E.G. Fire Extinguishers And Marking Of Escape Routes) In Accordance With The Technical Expertise Being Part Of The Construction Design, - Protection - Covering Of Combustible Insulation - Polystyrene Of External Walls Being Elements Of Fire Separation With Non-Flammable Layers Of Glue And Thin-Layer Plaster - Should Not Be Valued. Other Works Should Be Performed In Accordance With With The Scope Specified In The Construction Design, Bill Of Quantities And Technical Specifications (Stwior), Taking Into Account The Widest Scope Of Works Included In Any Of These Documents. The Contractor, On Behalf Of The Employer, Is Obliged To Notify The State Sanitary Inspection And The State Fire Service Of The Completion Of The Construction Of The Building, Together With Obtaining A Statement Of No Objections Or Comments As To The Completed Building. With The Documents Attached To This Tor. In Case Of Doubt, The Contractor Should Ask The Employer For Clarification Before Submitting The Offer. No Objections On The Part Of The Contractor Will Be Treated As Acceptance Of The Documentation Describing The Subject Of The Contract And At The Same Time Constituting The Basis For The Valuation Of Works. Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works, And Not Included In The Bill Of Quantities - Should Be Treated As If They Were Included In Each Of The Above-Mentioned Documents. The Scope Of The Investment Is The Design Documentation. 7) If There Are Discrepancies In The Bill Of Quantities In Relation To The Design Documentation, E.G. In Terms Of The Quantity Or Type Of Works, The Design Documentation Is Always Decisive. 8) If The Documentation Attached To This Swz Indicates A Trademark, Patent Or Origin, Source Or Specific Process Which Characterizes The Products Or Services Provided By A Specific Contractor Referred To In Art. 99 Sec. 5 Of The Public Procurement Law, It Should Be Assumed That Such An Indication Is Accompanied By The Word Or Equivalent. 9) The Employer Allows Offering Materials Or Equivalent Solutions, Provided That They Guarantee The Correct Implementation Of The Works And Ensure The Achievement Of Technical Parameters Not Worse Than Those Assumed In The Documentation Attached To This Swz. 10) In Each Case Of Using Standards, Technical Assessments, Technical Specifications And Technical Reference Systems Referred To In Article 101 Sec. 1 Point 2 And Par. 3 Of The Public Procurement Law, The Contractor Should Assume That Such A Reference Is Accompanied By The Words Or Equivalent. B) Performing A Free Warranty Inspection Once A Year (During The Period Covered By The Guarantee/Warranty), To The Correct One, I.E. In Accordance With The Principles Of Technical Knowledge And The Regulations In Force On The Day Of Acceptance Of The Works. In The Event Of Any Discrepancies Between The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract In This Tor And The Actual State, The Contractor Should Report This Fact To The Employer Before The Deadline For Submission Of Tenders. Note: Before Accepting The Works, The Contractor Is Obliged To Obtain The Decision On The Occupancy Permit Along With All Necessary Documents And Acceptances In Fire Protection Conditions.
