1. The Subject Of The Contract Is The Modernization Of A Common Room In The Village Of Deniski Located On The Plot With Registration Number 575. The Subject Of The Contract Includes Demolition Works, Such As: Dismantling The Existing Roof Covering, Dismantling The Fibreboard Lining Of The Internal Walls And Dismantling The External Stairs. The Construction Works Will Consist In Strengthening The Roof Truss Elements, Making The Roof Covering, Making Insulation With A Pore-Permeable Membrane On The Roof, Covering The Roof With Brown-Coated Trapezoidal Sheet, Guttering Of The Entire Building, Flashings, Making A Roof Soffit Made Of Wooden Board Thickness. 24 Mm And 18 Cm Wide, Including Its Priming And Varnishing. The Scope Of External Works Includes The Construction Of External Stairs Made Of Concrete Cubes With A Thickness Of 6 Cm Along With The Implementation Of A Ramp For The Disabled From Concrete Blocks With A Thickness Of 6 Cm, Making A Band Made Of Concrete Cubes, Thickness 6 Cm, Assembly Of External Door Joinery. Internal Works, On The Other Hand, Will Consist In The Execution Of A Concrete Floor With The Laying Of Stoneware Tiles With Dimensions Of 50X50 Cm In All Rooms Of The Building, The Construction Of A Partition Wall On A Wooden Grid, The Installation Of A Hatch To The Attic (Folding), The Construction Of Walls And Ceilings Of Plasterboard Boards Along With The Gypsum Finishing Coats And Painting, Tiling In The Bathroom And Kitchen, Installation Of Internal Window And Door Woodwork, Execution Of Internal Window Sills Made Of Pvc. In Addition, The Installation Works Include The Installation And Connection Of A Two-Chamber Sink, Washbasin, Toilet, Installation Of Washbasin And Sink Batteries, Installation Of The Main Switchgear, Execution Of A New Electrical Installation, Replacement Of Lighting Lamps, Cables, Sockets And Electric Switches.2. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract And Its Scope Is Specified In The Bill Of Quantities, The Technical Specification For Execution And Acceptance Of Works And Drawings.3. If The Ordering Party In The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Indicated Trademarks, Patents, Standards Or Origin In Connection With The Specificity Of The Subject Of The Contract, Such An Indication Is Accompanied By The Words Or Equivalent.4. If The Design Documentation Or The Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works Would Indicate Trademarks, Patents Or Origin In Relation To Some Materials Or Devices, The Employer, In Accordance With Art. 99 Sec. 5 Of The Public Procurement Law, Allows Offering Equivalent Materials Or Devices. Materials Or Devices From Specific Manufacturers Specify The Minimum Quality Parameters And Functional Characteristics That Must Be Met By Materials Or Devices Offered By The Contractor In Order To Meet The Requirements Set By The Ordering Party. Materials Or Devices From Specific Manufacturers Are Only A Quality Pattern Of The Subject Of The Contract. By The Term Minimum Quality Parameters And Functional Characteristics, The Ordering Party Understands The Requirements For Materials Or Devices Contained In Publicly Available Sources, Catalogs, Manufacturers Websites. The Use Of Exemplary Names Of The Manufacturer Is Only Intended To Clarify The Level Of Expectations Of The Ordering Party In Relation To A Specific Solution. The Use Of Names Of Manufacturers/Products Is For Illustrative Purposes Only. The Ordering Party, Indicating The Designation Of A Specific Manufacturer (Supplier) Or A Specific Product In The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract, At The Same Time Allows Equivalent Products With Quality Parameters And Functional Characteristics At Least At The Level Of The Parameters Of The Indicated Product, Thus Recognizing Each Product With The Indicated Or Better Parameters.5. The Employer Requires That During The Performance Of The Contract, The Contractor Employs Persons Performing The Following Activities In The Scope Of Contract Performance Consisting In: Performing General Construction Physical Works. This Requirement Applies To Persons Who Perform Activities Directly Related To The Performance Of Works, I.E. Manual Workers. The Requirement Does Not Apply To Persons Managing The Construction Site, Performing Surveying Services, Suppliers Of Building Materials. The Obligation To Employ Under An Employment Contract Does Not Apply To A Situation Where The Contractor, Subcontractor Or Further Subcontractor Personally Performs The Above Activities (E.G. A Natural Person Conducting Business Activity, Partners In A Civil Law Partnership).
