Investment Location: 95-082 Dobroń, Ul. Sienkiewicza 64A, Plot No. 638/10, Precinct Dobroń Poduchowny. 3. The Scope Of The Study Includes: A. 2 Variants Of The Functional And Spatial Concept Along With The Visualization Of The Cultural Center With The Development Of The Adjacent Areas, Differing In Both The Number Of Rooms And The Facade, Presented In Connection With The Existing Building, Connected To A Common Connector With Stairs And An Elevator, B. Design Documentation For The Investment In Question. The Building Should Have, Among Others: Level I: An Auditorium For About 200 People, A Raised Stage, Seats That Slide Automatically - Folded, With Electric Actuators, A Control Room, At Least 2 Dressing Rooms With Sanitary Facilities, At Least 2 Technical Rooms, Social Rooms , Locker Rooms, Bathrooms, A Ramp For The Delivery Of Props And Sound Systems To The Stage, Rooms For The Municipal Library With A Reading Room And Office And Social Facilities (The Library Part Should Be Separated In A Way That Allows It To Function Separately, Independently From The Rest Of The Building), - Level Ii : At Least 2 Rooms For Classes, E.G.
