The Subject Of The Procedure Is The Award Of Planning Services For The Technical Equipment Of Building Automation (Service Phases 29 In Accordance With § 55 Hoai In Conjunction With Annex 15, Annex Group 8) For The Creation Of An Energy Network System Ecampus Stühlinger. Construction Of An Electrical And Thermal Local Network, Including The Necessary Infrastructure, Between Six Independent Buildings, Taking Into Account The Existing Facilities And Infrastructure. The Overall Plan Includes The Following Areas: Electrical Engineering And Telecommunications Systems (Et), Supply Technology (Vt), Building Automation (Ga) And Infrastructure Planning And Outdoor Facilities (If), Which Are Each Tendered In Parallel In Separate Award Procedures. A Two-Stage Negotiation Procedure Is Carried Out With A Public Participation Competition And Negotiation Phase In Accordance With §§ 14, 17 And 73 Ff Vgv.
